Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED显示屏的套件，包括：套件基体，所述套件基体上设置有若干安装方槽，所述安装方槽上设置有固定锁紧片。本实用新型还公开了一种具有上述套件的显示屏。本实用新型的LED显示屏的套件通过在套件基体上设置固定锁紧片，将固定螺丝的力度由传统的底壳及其钢柱承受改变成固定锁紧片承受，使传统底壳容易产生的破裂问题得到解决，大大节约因底壳破裂而造成返工带来的人力和物力，同时大大地提升了LED显示屏套件的品质。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子显示屏领域，特别涉及一种LED显示屏的套件，主要用于户外LED电子显示屏的安装固定。本实用新型还涉及一种具有上述套件的显示屏。
背景技术
随着人类对节能环保的要求越来越高，LED节能技术在家庭以及户外广告牌的领域的应用越来越广泛。目前，LED显示技术的发展越来越成熟，大面积的LED显示屏越来越成为户外广告等视频领域的主流技术，大面积的LED显示屏主要是将LED单元模组组装到金属框架箱体上，再通过专业的LED控制系统，使整个LED显示出精美的画面。在这种大面积的LED显示屏安装时，需要具有一个相适配的套件进行固定定位，目前户外LED显示屏套件主要采用PV材质，在注塑时在指定的位置放入钢柱，再用螺丝穿过钢柱进行固定。
在实现本实用新型的过程中，发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题：一方面，由于钢柱接触面积过少及PV注塑时工艺中硬度难于撑控，导致在使用过程中，出现套件底壳破裂严重。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术的问题，本实用新型实施例提供了一种LED显示屏的套件及其显示屏。所述技术方案如下：
一方面，提供了一种LED显示屏的套件，包括：套件基体，所述套件基体上设置有若干安装方槽，所述安装方槽上设置有固定锁紧片。
进一步地，所述安装方槽对称地设置在所述套件基体的四周上。
进一步地，所述固定锁紧片是镶嵌在所述安装方槽内，所述固定锁紧片中央预设有螺钉固定孔。
另一方面，提供了一种LED显示屏，所述显示屏具有上述的LED显示屏的套件。
本实用新型实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是：

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合附图对本实用新型实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种LED显示屏的套件，参见图1和图2，该LED显示屏的套件包括套件基体1，套件基体1为按照设计需求制作成的横截面形状为长方形或者正方形的板体，该套件基体1用于与LED显示屏的箱体3相配合，将套件基体1和箱体3相适配地固定在一起，起到固定LED显示屏的作用。该套件基体1上设置有若干安装方槽101，安装方槽101用来镶嵌固定锁紧片2。在安装方槽101上设置有固定锁紧片2，该固定锁紧片2用于与螺钉相互紧固，即螺钉穿过箱体3的螺钉孔与套件基体1上的该固定锁紧片2锁固。该固定锁紧片2优选为铝片、合金片或者其他金属片。
优选地，结合参见图3，设置在套件基体1上的若干安装方槽101是对称地设置在套件基体1的四周上，即套件基体1具有头尾相接固定连接在一起的四条边框，安装方槽101就开设在四条边框上，每条边框上开设有二个安装方槽101，四条边框上的安装方槽101对称地设置。作为其他的实施例，套件基体1上的安装方槽101的数量以及排列位置可以根据需要进行调整和设置。
在安装方槽101的周壁上伸出有卡紧固定锁紧片2的桁架或者凸齿，固定锁紧片2是通过这些桁架或者凸齿镶嵌在安装方槽101内。优选地，固定锁紧片2的中央预设有螺钉固定孔201，这样，螺钉通过该螺钉固定孔201进行锁固时，只要选择与该螺钉固定孔201大小相适配的螺钉即可，无需临时在固定锁紧片2打孔，大大地减轻了劳动强度，也使得该LED显示屏的套件的安装更加方便。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种LED显示屏，参见图4、图5和图6，该显示屏具有实施例一描述的LED显示屏的套件，当使用该套件的套件基体1与箱体3相配合来安装显示屏时，只要使用螺钉通过预设在箱体3上的螺钉孔与预设在套件基体1的固定锁紧片2旋紧锁固即可。

1.一种LED显示屏的套件，包括：套件基体（1），其特征在于，所述套件基体（1）上设置有若干安装方槽（101），所述安装方槽（101）上设置有固定锁紧片（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏的套件，其特征在于，所述安装方槽（101）对称地设置在所述套件基体（1）的四周上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED显示屏的套件，其特征在于，所述固定锁紧片（2）是镶嵌在所述安装方槽（101）内，所述固定锁紧片（2）中央预设有螺钉固定孔（201）。
4.一种LED显示屏，其特征在于，所述显示屏具有如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的LED显示屏的套件。
