本实用新型公开了一种用于制瓶机的瓶钳，该瓶钳是由凹模和凸模组合而成，且在瓶钳的侧壁上设有定位台阶。本实用新型是将瓶钳分成了凹模和凸模两个部分，从而实现了左右定位，使得不用左右调教；另外在瓶钳的侧壁上设有定位台阶，从而实现了高低定位，使得不用水平调教；经实践，换产时瓶钳安装时间缩短5分钟以上，产值增加500元以上。所生产的玻璃瓶也消除了因为瓶钳调校不好造成的歪头，颈夹裂，颈碎等缺陷。

本实用新型涉及一种瓶钳，特别涉及一种可以快速组装的瓶钳。
背景技术
在行列式制瓶系统中，不同颈径瓶子需要不同的瓶钳，对于换产频繁的制瓶行业，瓶钳安装快慢，直接影响工厂的产能和效益。现有的瓶钳，如图1～3所示，瓶钳是由两个相同的部分组成，组装时是跟连接头用螺丝连接，再通过水平调校，左右调校，高低调校，再将螺丝拧紧从而达到安装目的。
整个过程调校复杂，耗时长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种不用调校，降低安装要求，实现快速安装的瓶钳。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种用于制瓶机的瓶钳，该瓶钳是由凹模和凸模组合而成，且在瓶钳的侧壁上设有定位台阶。
作为优选，所述的瓶钳包括与瓶嘴配合的钳口，在钳口内侧设有多条加强筋，加强筋的一端与瓶钳内壁相连，加强筋的另一端与钳口周缘相连。从而提高了瓶钳的牢固程度，延长了使用寿命。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的有益效果是：

本实用新型的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：一种用于制瓶机的瓶钳，如图4~6所示，所述的瓶钳是由铜锡合金制成，该瓶钳是由凹模1和凸模2组合而成，且在瓶钳的侧壁上设有定位台阶3。
为了进一步加固瓶钳，所述的瓶钳包括与瓶嘴配合的钳口4，在钳口4内侧设有多条加强筋5，加强筋5的一端与瓶钳内壁相连，加强筋5的另一端与钳口周缘相连。
