本实用新型属于秸秆加工机械领域，具体的说是立式秸秆碳棒机。
背景技术
目前，我国农村的秸秆利用率不高，有少部分用于日常的生火做饭，还有一部分用于沼气的制造，但是大部分的秸秆剩余，每当春、秋季节农民为了将剩余的秸秆处理掉进行燃烧，造成空气污染，能见度下降，烟云笼罩城市等诸多弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型在于解决现有技术的缺陷，提供一种结构简单，使用安全，工作效率高，便于储存和运输以及减少环境污染的立式秸秆碳棒机。
本实用新型的技术方案通过以下方式实现：立式秸秆碳棒机，包括：进料斗，电机、变速器、箱体、物料滑道、压轮、模套盘，其特征在于：所述的进料斗的底部外侧安装有模套盘，所述的模套盘内镶嵌有模套；所述的箱体内从下至上顺次安装有电机、变速器，所述的变速器的轴穿过模套盘与进料斗内的压轮的轴垂直固定；所述的物料滑道倾斜的设置在模套盘的下方。
本实用新型具有：结构简单，使用安全，工作效率高的优点。
