本实用新型涉及一种将钢材折弯的设备，尤其是一种折弯装置。
背景技术
目前在一些运输条件受限的国家，需将定尺钢材折弯之后再运输。而现有的折弯装置包括液压缸和液压缸的顶端对称设置的两立柱，两立柱在钢材折弯时，作用于钢材上的两个着力点，这样有助于钢材折弯。但是这样两立柱在钢材折弯时对钢材的摩擦力很大，容易造成钢材磨损。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种折弯装置。
为了达到上述目的本实用新型解决的其技术方案是：一种折弯装置包括液压缸，其特征是，液压缸伸缩端的上面设有用于钢材折弯时减少钢材摩擦的滚轮，滚轮通过转动轴固定在机架上。
根据本实用新型的技术方案所述，滚轮是一个带槽滚轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以减少摩擦力，减少钢材的磨损。

由图1所示的一种折弯装置，包括液压缸1，液压缸1伸缩端的上面设有用于钢材折弯时减少钢材摩擦的滚轮2，滚轮2通过转动轴3固定在机架4上。滚轮2是一个带槽滚轮。工作时，将钢材放在液压缸与辊轮之间，然后液压缸的伸缩端往上顶，当钢材与滚轮的表面相切时，液压缸继续往上顶，滚轮就会绕着转动轴转动这样可以减少摩擦力，减少钢材的磨损。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折弯装置，其特征是，滚轮（2）是一个带槽滚轮。
