本实用新型公开了一种折弯机，包括底座（1），所述底座（1）上设有液压缸（2），液压缸（2）伸缩端的端部设有顶轮（3），顶轮（3）前方两侧对应设有第一轴（4）和第二轴（5），所述第一轴（4）和第二轴（5）的上面对称设有辊轮（6）。本实用新型的一种折弯机，可以减少人工，快速折弯，提高效率。

本实用新型涉及一种将钢材折弯的设备，尤其是折弯机。
背景技术
目前在一些运输条件受限的国家，需将定尺钢材折弯，目前一般都是靠人来折弯的，这样比较浪费人力，而且效率不高，所折的弯度参差不齐。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种折弯机。
为了达到上述目的本实用新型解决的其技术方案是：一种折弯机包括底座，所述底座上设有液压缸，液压缸伸缩端的端部设有顶轮，顶轮上方的两侧对应设有第一轴和第二轴，所述第一轴和第二轴的上面对称设有用于减少摩擦的辊轮。
根据本实用新型的技术方案所述，液压缸缸体的两侧对称设有一组凸块，凸块通过螺栓固定在底座上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以减少人工，快速折弯，提高效率。

由图1所示的一种折弯机，包括底座1，所述底座1上设有液压缸2，液压缸2伸缩端的端部设有顶轮3，顶轮3前方的两侧对应设有第一轴4和第二轴5，所述第一轴4和第二轴5的上面对称设有辊轮6。所述液压缸2缸体的两侧对称设有一组凸块7，凸块7通过螺栓8固定在底座1上。工作时先将钢材放在顶轮和辊轮之间，让后通过液压缸缸体的伸缩，从而可以将钢材折弯，这样可以减少人工，快速折弯，提高效率。

1.一种折弯机，其特征是，包括底座（1），所述底座（1）上设有液压缸（2），液压缸（2）伸缩端的端部设有顶轮（3），顶轮（3）前方的两侧对应设有第一轴（4）和第二轴（5），所述第一轴（4）和第二轴（5）的上面对称设有辊轮（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折弯机，其特征是，液压缸（2）缸体的两侧对称设有一组凸块（7），凸块（7）通过螺栓（8）固定在底座(1)上。
