[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种医护人员急救中使用的医疗器械,特别是在抢救呼吸停止的危重病人时,代替口对口人工呼吸的一种便携防传染病人工呼吸器。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,在抢险、救灾的急救中,医护人员经常遇到呼吸停止的危重病人,此时,一般均须及时的实施人工呼吸进行抢救;但在急救现场不可能有呼吸机等大型设备,待把病人抬到救护车上再进行施救已为时已晚。呼吸停止的危重病人,其抢救最有效最及时的办法就是口对口人工呼吸;但实施人工口对口呼吸,吹气次数每分钟要进行16-18次,且须不间断的进行,时间久了,要几个人轮流操作;当患者呼吸恢复正常后,才可停止人工呼吸,如呼吸再度停止,则应再进行人工呼吸。只有确实证明患者已经死亡,才能停止人工呼吸;显然,这种人工口对口呼吸虽然简单有效,但也存在以下不足:一是不卫生,容易产生医患间交叉·感染;二是医护人员劳动强度大、时间长,需几个人轮流操作;三是吹入的空气包含了医护人员呼出的二氧化碳气体,含氧量低,影响急救效果。

[0003] 鉴于上述问题,本实用新型提供一种便携防传染病人工呼吸器;能防止医患之间交叉感染,减轻医护人员的劳动强度;能及时补充氧气,防止吹入病员肺内过多的二氧化碳气;而使抢救呼吸停止的危重病人取得事半功倍效果。

[0005] 本实用新型使用时,先在进气单向阀上连接氧气袋,把口罩扣在被抢救者的嘴上,再把鼻塞塞入被抢救者的鼻内;拉出活塞,并观察气筒外的计量刻度,以控制吹气量,再推入活塞,如此往复对被抢救者进行施救,直至被抢救者复苏。
