本实用新型公开一种药品包衣机，由真空阀门、滚筒、喷雾水枪、机架以及电机组成，所述真空阀门固定在两侧机架的之间，所述滚筒安装在真空阀门，并且通过电机驱动旋转，滚筒内还设有进水口，喷雾水枪安装在机架上，药品从真空阀门倒入滚筒，喷雾枪会喷洒保护药品的原料，关上真空阀门，通过电机驱动滚筒进行包衣，当包衣结束后滚筒内会产生很多之前药品留下的污渍，滚筒内部设有一个进水口，当包衣结束后通过喷雾水枪对滚筒内部进行自动清洗，延长了机器的寿命，也减少了人工清洁浪费的劳动力。

本实用新型涉及到药品加工技术领域，特别涉及一种药品包衣机。
背景技术
药品在生产过程中，得到成型的药片后，下一步则需要将药片着色，药品通过包衣机进行着色，着色后的包衣机残留很多色素，所以需要进行清理来延长机器使用寿命，现有技术中大多采用人工清理不仅不干净，并且增加了工作人员的劳动强度，降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种药品包衣机，它能够对药品着色后的机器进行自动清理，延长机器使用寿命。
为了达到上述之目的，本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案：一种药品包衣机，由真空阀门、滚筒、喷雾水枪、机架以及电机组成，所述真空阀门固定在两侧机架的之间，所述滚筒安装在真空阀门，并且通过电机驱动旋转，滚筒内还设有进水口，喷雾水枪安装在机架上。
与现有的技术相比，本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果：药品从真空阀门倒入滚筒，喷雾枪会喷洒保护药品的原料，关上真空阀门，通过电机驱动滚筒进行包衣，当包衣结束后滚筒内会产生很多之前药品留下的污渍，滚筒内部设有一个进水口，当包衣结束后通过喷雾水枪对滚筒内部进行自动清洗，延长了机器的寿命，也减少了人工清洁带来的劳动力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种药品包衣机，由真空阀门1、滚筒2、喷雾水枪3、机架4以及电机5组成，所述真空阀门1固定在两侧机架4的之间，所述滚筒2安装在真空阀门1，并且通过电机5驱动旋转，滚筒2内还设有进水口6，喷雾水枪3安装在机架4上，药品从真空阀门倒入滚筒，喷雾枪会喷洒保护药品的原料，关上真空阀门，通过电机驱动滚筒进行包衣，当包衣结束后滚筒内会产生很多之前药品留下的污渍，滚筒内部设有一个进水口，当包衣结束后通过喷雾水枪对滚筒内部进行自动清洗，延长了机器的寿命，也减少了人工清洁浪费的劳动力。
