本实用新型涉及于一种食品加工装置．尤其涉及一种坚果食品的成型加工设备。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，坚果食品已成人们的喜爱食品，坚果也有各种各样的口味，如蜜滴花生，蜜滴花生等都是在坚果的基础上加上天然蜂蜜，以往加工这样坚果一般有两种方法，第一种是：将熬制好的糖浆中加入相应的辅料（如果仁、奶粉、油脂等混成均一的糖膏，在平车上轧平再在刀车上切割成型。第二种是：把糖粉、奶粉渗入适量的水然后放入有托板的木模内，上面用凸形木模压入，使其成型，再烘烤。这两种方法都具有工艺复杂，加工繁琐．占地面积大的缺点。第一种方法需要熬糖锅、冷却台板、刀车、平车等设备，劳动强度大，耗费能源，且只能生产方形或长方形的糖块。第二种方法需要较多木模和操作工人，因为完全手工操作．工作效率底。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决目前国内现有技术和设计原理在该领域内的缺陷和不足，设计一种简易坚果食品成型加工装置，加工坚果食品一次性挤压成型的加工装置．实现加工更多口味的坚果食品，提高劳动生产率。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的，研制一种简易坚果食品成型加工装置，由液压机2、上工作台3、上动模4、上凸模5、推料板6、成型定模7、下凸模8 、连杆装置9、模孔10、下动模11、弹簧12、电器部分13、下工作台14 组成，其特征在于：所述的上工作台3与下工作台14内侧分别固定上动模4和下动模11，上动模4和下动模11内侧分别固定上凸模5和下凸模8，成型定模7上钻有同样数量的模孔10，下动模11上端装置弹簧12，弹簧12上端连接成型定模7。

1.一种简易坚果食品成型加工装置，由液压机（2）、上工作台（3）、上动模（4）、上凸模（5）、推料板（6）、成型定模（7）、下凸模（8 )、连杆装置（9）、模孔（10）、下动模（11）、弹簧(12)、电器部分（13）、下工作台（14 ）组成，其特征在于：所述的上工作台（3）与下工作台（14 ）内侧分别固定上动模（4）和下动模（11），上动模（4）和下动模（11）内侧分别固定上凸模（5）和下凸模（8 )，成型定模（7）上钻有同样数量的模孔（10），下动模（11）上端装置弹簧(12)，弹簧(12)上端连接成型定模（7）。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种简易坚果食品成型加工装置，其特征在于：所述的上动模（4）与下动模（11）通过连杆装置（9）紧固一起。
