背景技术
在光伏行业中,太阳能电池板连接用户之间,需要采用光伏接线盒,光伏接线盒内二极管能在光伏电池出现热斑效应时起旁路保护作用,由于接线盒放置在室外,所以,接线盒应该具有防水功能和足够的爬电距离,现有的接线盒体的爬电距离设计只能满足1000V的要求,根据TUV等安全认证机构的要求,光伏接线盒产品的耐压要提高到1500V,标准提高后,对接线盒爬电距离的要求也要相应提高,这就意味着接线盒盒体要大,成本会明显提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进的光伏接线盒盒体,在不扩大接线盒盒体体积的前提下,有效地增加了爬电距离,提高了接线盒的绝缘安全性能。
其技术方案是这样的,一种改进的光伏接线盒盒体,其包括接线盒盒体底座,其特征在于:所述接线盒盒体底座周边内侧设置有绝缘的挡板。
其进一步特征在于:所述接线盒盒体底座内有二极管和连接用的导电体,在导电体外侧周边与盒体底座边框之间设置绝缘的挡板。
本实用新型的上述结构中,由于接线盒盒体周边内侧设置了绝缘挡板,爬电距离沿着绝缘挡板延伸,在不扩大接线盒盒体体积的前提下,有效地增加了爬电距离,从而提高了接线盒的绝缘安全性能。

具体实施方式
见图1,一种改进的光伏接线盒盒体,其包括接线盒底座1,接线盒底座1里侧有二极管和用于连接的导电体2,接线盒底座1里侧导电体2周边靠近盒体底座边框3之间(即接线盒盒体底座周边内侧)设置绝缘挡板4,由于接线盒底座周边内侧设置有绝缘挡板,爬电距离沿着绝缘挡板延伸,在不扩大接线盒盒体体积的前提下,有效地增加了爬电距离,从而提高了接线盒的绝缘安全性能。
本实施例中,采用的是长方形盒体底座的四周周边内侧设置了绝缘挡板,当然盒体也可以采用其他形状,绝缘挡板也可以设置一道或者多道,只要是接线盒体周边内侧设置有绝缘挡板,在不扩大接线盒盒体体积的前提下,有效地增加爬电距离,都是本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种改进的光伏接线盒盒体,其包括接线盒盒体底座,其特征在于:所述接线盒盒体底座周边内侧设置有绝缘的挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的光伏接线盒盒体,其特征在于:所述接线盒盒体底座内有二极管和连接用的导电体,在导电体外侧周边与盒体底座边框之间设置绝缘的挡板。
