背景技术
传统铲车采用燃油发动机驱动,能耗高,环境污染大,使用成本高。为降低成本,公知技术也有采用交流架线方式提供动力的电铲车,如中国专利号200720018164公开的一种电动铲车,采用三相交流电驱动,需设置较复杂的电缆线架结构,且存在活动范围小、局限性比较大、危险系数高等不安全因素。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述电动铲车存在的问题,而提供一种纯电池驱动,活动范围大,使用寿命长的蓄电池变频调速铲车。 
本实用新型解决所述问题采用的技术方案是: 一种蓄电池变频调速铲车,包括车架、液力变速箱,所述车架上安装有蓄电池、变频器和变频调速电机,变频器的进线端与蓄电池连接,变频器的出线端与变频调速电机连接,该变频调速电机的输出轴与液力变速箱的输入轴直连,该液力变速箱的齿轮泵配置有泵用电机,该泵用电机的电源输入端与变频器的出线端连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:用蓄电池供电,通过变频器调速,控制电机转速,为液力变速箱提供扭力,以带动铲车前进和后退。扭力大,速度快,反应灵敏,且可降低能源消耗,减少环境污染。

具体实施方式
以下节后附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
参见图1,这种蓄电池变频调速铲车的车架1采用传统燃油驱动铲车车架,车架1上装配有蓄电池5、变频器4、液力变速箱3和变频调速电机2,液力变速箱3的齿轮泵6配置有泵用电机7。变频器4的进线端与蓄电池5连接,变频器4的出线端有两路输出,一路与变频调速电机2连接,另一路与泵用电机7连接。变频调速电机2的输出轴与液力变速箱3的输入轴直连,液力变速箱3的输出轴连接传动轴。本实用新型省去了传统液力变速箱3配置的偶合器,液力变速箱3的齿轮泵6由泵用电机7直接驱动,通过改变液力变速箱3的输出挡位,将所需动力传递给传动轴,并通过差速器驱动铲车前后轮,使铲车前进和后退。

1.一种蓄电池变频调速铲车,包括车架、液力变速箱,其特征在于,所述车架上安装有蓄电池、变频器和变频调速电机,变频器的进线端与蓄电池连接,变频器的出线端与变频调速电机连接,该变频调速电机的输出轴与液力变速箱的输入轴直连,该液力变速箱的齿轮泵配置有泵用电机,该泵用电机的电源输入端与变频器的出线端连接。
