背景技术
兽用药物是能调节畜禽机体功能、防治畜禽疾病的药物，自然界中的植物、动物、矿物以及人工合成的药物和免疫制剂等均属之，畜牧生产上应用的饲料添加剂等也常被包括在兽用药物的范畴之内。目前，西药由于其药效和药理方面存在缺陷，在使用过程中毒副作用大，容易产生抗药性，所以西方在兽药领域的使用过程中逐渐受到限制，而中药提取物具有抗菌、抗病毒作用强大，且无耐受性及毒副作用等优点，日益在兽药生产领域受到高度重视。中药提取物是对中药材的深度加工，现在兽用中药的生产设备包括搅拌机、粉碎机、烘干设备、筛选设备、包装设备等。
在兽用中药的生产过程中，需要将不同种类的药材放在一起混合均匀，因此我们需要一种提高混合速度和均匀性的搅拌装置。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能使不同药材快速、均匀混合的兽用中草药搅拌装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种兽用中草药搅拌装置，其特征在于：包括支架和内设搅拌轴的搅拌筒，搅拌筒的侧壁上设置有对称的转轴，转轴通过轴承座固定在支架上，转轴还通过传动装置连接驱动装置，所述支架上安装有控制开关，控制开关与驱动装置连接。
所述转轴与搅拌轴相连。
所述搅拌筒的筒口设有端盖。
所述支架底部设有滚轮。
将待混合的中草药放入搅拌筒内，盖上端盖，启动控制开关，驱动装置工作，通过传动装置带动搅拌轴工作，由于搅拌筒是由转轴通过轴承座固定在支架上的，因此搅拌筒可围绕转轴转动，随时调整筒口的位置，方便喂料、出料，而带滚轮的支架，可随意移动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，可使中草药快速均匀的混合，操作起来方便，位置摆放自由，进出料方便。

如图1所示，一种兽用中草药搅拌装置，包括底部设有滚轮6的支架1和内设搅拌轴的搅拌筒2，搅拌筒2通过侧壁上的转轴3固定在支架上1，转轴3的一端由传动装置4连接驱动装置5，另一端与搅拌轴相连。支架1上固定有与驱动装置5连接的控制开关7，搅拌筒2的筒口9还设有端盖8。
将待混合的中草药放入搅拌筒2内，盖上端盖8，启动控制开关7，驱动装置5工作，通过传动装置4带动搅拌轴工作，由于搅拌筒2是由转轴3通过轴承座固定在支架1上的，因此搅拌筒2可围绕转轴3转动，随时调整筒口9的位置，方便喂料、出料，而带滚轮6的支架1，可随意移动。
