螺纹刀片包括刀体,刀体上固定有主切削刃,主切削刃上开有前刀面,前刀面通过一圆弧面与刀体相连,前刀面具有前刀面夹角,圆弧面具有半径。现有技术的用于车外螺纹的螺纹刀片前刀面夹角为9°~10.5°,角度过小,造成排屑不顺,在加工过程中碎屑容易堆积使得主切削刃温度过高,主切削刃易断裂。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种螺纹刀片,结构设计合理,排屑效果好。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种螺纹刀片,包括刀体,刀体上固定有主切削刃,主切削刃上开有前刀面,前刀面通过一圆弧面与刀体相连,前刀面具有前刀面夹角,圆弧面具有半径,特征在于:

前刀面夹角α又称前角,其角度为10.85°~11.15°,最优角度为11°,这样排屑效果最优。 
圆弧面4也起到排屑的作用,其半径R为0.4毫米~2.4毫米,该范围内排屑效果最好。
