本实用新型公开电机端盖的固定装置，其包括机架，所述机架中部设有底板，电机一端固定在底板上，机架上部还设有盖板，盖板上固定有气缸，气缸的伸缩端固定有压头，压头下方对准电机另一端的电机端盖，气缸的伸缩端向下移动，带动压头挤压电机端盖嵌入电机机壳。本实用新型的电机端盖的固定装置，采用气缸驱动压头将电机端盖压入与电机机壳固定，实现机械自动操作，省时省力，降低劳动强度，提高工作效率；同时，压头与电机端盖固定面积大，不会将电机端盖压坏，保证电机端盖质量。

本实用新型涉及电机的装配装置，尤其涉及电机端盖的固定装置。
背景技术
电机一般包括定子、转子、机壳和两端盖等部件，定子和转子固定在机壳内，两端盖分别设在机壳两端。目前，两端盖与机壳固定时，一般采用锤子将端盖敲入与机壳固定。采用这种固定方式，不仅操作费事费力，而且还易将端盖敲坏，或使端盖出现敲痕或掉漆，从而影响端盖的质量或外观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便，保证电机端盖质量的电机端盖的固定装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型电机端盖的固定装置，其包括机架，所述机架中部设有底板，电机一端固定在底板上，机架上部还设有盖板，盖板上固定有气缸，气缸的伸缩端固定有压头，压头下方对准电机另一端的电机端盖，气缸的伸缩端向下移动，带动压头挤压电机端盖嵌入电机机壳。
所述压头与电机端盖间设有垫块。
所述机架底部四角设有万向轮。
所述机架一侧设有气缸的气动开关。
本实用新型的电机端盖的固定装置，采用气缸驱动压头将电机端盖压入与电机机壳固定，实现机械自动操作，省时省力，降低劳动强度，提高工作效率；同时，压头与电机端盖固定面积大，不会将电机端盖压坏，保证电机端盖质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型电机端盖的固定装置，其包括机架1，所述机架1中部设有底板2，电机3一端固定在底板2上，机架1上部还设有盖板4，盖板4上固定有气缸5，气缸5的伸缩端51固定有压头6，压头6下方对准电机3另一端的电机端盖7，气缸的伸缩端51向下移动，带动压头6挤压电机端盖7嵌入电机机壳8。
当安装电机端盖7时，将电机3一端固定在机架的底板2上，压头6对准电机另一端的电机端盖7，气缸的伸缩端51向下移动时，带动压头6下压电机端盖7，从而将电机端盖7下压与电机的机壳8固定。由于压头6为块状，与电机端盖7接触面积大，不会将电机端盖7压坏；同时，采用气缸5驱动压头6向下移动，实现电机端盖7与电机机壳8固定的自动操作，不需人工手动操作，省时省力，工作效率高。
所述压头6与电机端盖7间设有垫块9，因不同型号的电机3长度不同，当气缸伸缩端51的长度不够时，压头6无法对电机端盖7施力，从而将电机端盖7压入与电机机壳8固定，这时，可在压头6与电机端盖7见设置垫块9，使压头6顺利对电机端盖7施力。
所述机架1底部四角设有万向轮10，便于将本实用新型的固定装置移动到需装配的电机3处。
所述机架1一侧设有气缸的气动开关11。

1.电机端盖的固定装置，其包括机架，其特征在于：所述机架中部设有底板，电机一端固定在底板上，机架上部还设有盖板，盖板上固定有气缸，气缸的伸缩端固定有压头，压头下方对准电机另一端的电机端盖，气缸的伸缩端向下移动，带动压头挤压电机端盖嵌入电机机壳。
