现有散热器芯体结构一般为以下结构形式:即在散热板上开设有若干腰型孔,由于腰型孔一般较长,故此种结构形式其刚度较差,使用一段时间后腰型孔易发生变形,影响散热器的散热效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种刚度得到提高,从而使其长期具有良好散热性能的散热器芯体结构。
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本实用新型在散热板上开设有若干腰型孔,所述腰型孔中间加设有若干纵向设置的纵向加强筋。
所述两相邻设置的纵向加强筋之间设置有横向加强筋。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型在传统的腰型孔内加设纵向加强筋和横向加强筋,通过两加强筋的配合,使得本实用新型的腰型孔其刚度大为增强,长时间使用也不易发生变形,能保证其长期具有良好的散热性能。
