如图1所示的电缆检查盖板，包括格栅2和盖板1，格栅2与盖板1通过合页3连接。格栅2为铝合金格栅。盖板1上设置有把手4。
需要对电缆进行检修时，只需要通过把手4打开盖板1，便可通过格栅2检查电缆沟内电缆的情况，检查完毕后将盖板1放下，完成检查，省时省力。
