本实用新型涉及一种测量器具,具体涉及一种零件的内环槽直径测量量具。
背景技术
有很多机器零部件为轴类零件,内孔里有窄槽,槽的直径尺寸要进行测量。通常使用卡钳,但它不能显示具体数值,只能显示极大和极小尺寸,而且一把卡钳只能测量一个尺寸,测量时间长,精度低,重复差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要克服上述测量中所存在的缺点,提供一种显示精度高、测量范围广的零件内环槽直径测量量具。
本实用新型的内环槽直径测量量具,包括主尺和滑尺,其特征在于:所述的主尺和滑尺的端部设有测头,滑尺上还设有压紧螺钉、定位圆柱销和游标,游标固紧在滑尺上。
为了更好的实现上述目的,所述的主尺和滑尺之间设有压紧弹簧片。
所述的主尺和滑尺之间的间隙为0.005-0.0015毫米。
所述的测头为圆弧形测头。
本实用新型的内环槽直径测量量具,结构简单、制造费用低,操作容易,滑尺移动灵活,测量时间短;推动滑尺即可调节测头位置,测头与被测点接触稳定性好,测量精度高,重复性好,示值精度达到0.02毫米,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
本实用新型内环槽直径测量量具,包括主尺1和滑尺2。主尺1和滑尺2的端部设有测头。滑尺2上设压紧螺钉4、定位圆柱销6和游标3,游标3由定位圆柱销6定位,用螺钉5固紧在滑尺2上;主尺1和滑尺2之间设有压紧弹簧片7。主尺1和滑尺2之间的间隙为0.001毫米。测头8为圆弧形测头。
主尺1和滑尺2由材料CrWMn制造,测头粗糙度Ra=0.2。
使用时,左手持零件,右手持量具,以右手大拇指向左拨动滑尺2,将主尺1与滑尺2距离调到最小。将测头8伸入零件内环槽里,使主尺1的测头8贴紧零件。右手大拇指向右拨动滑尺2,直至滑尺2的测头8也贴紧零件,拧紧压紧螺钉4,从游标3上读取的值就是被测零件内环槽的直径。

1.一种内环槽直径测量量具,包括主尺(1)和滑尺(2),其特征在于:所述的主尺(1)和滑尺(2)的端部设有测头(8);所述的滑尺(2)上设压紧螺钉(4)、定位圆柱销(6)和游标(3),游标(3)固紧在滑尺(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内环槽直径测量量具,其特征在于:所述的主尺(1)和滑尺(2)之间设有压紧弹簧片(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内环槽直径测量量具,其特征在于:所述的主尺(1)和滑尺(2)之间的间隙为0.005-0.0015毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内环槽直径测量量具,其特征在于:所述的测头(8)为圆弧形测头。
