[0002] LED (Lighting Emitting Diode)照明即是发光二极管照明,是ー种半导体固体发光器件。它是利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,在半导体中通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,直接发出红、黄、蓝、绿、青、橙、紫、白色的光;LED照明产品就是利用LED作为光源制造出来的照明器具。LED照明产品具有体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、环保耐用等优点,被称为第四代照明光源或緑色光源,因此获得广泛应用。目前,LED照明也用于路灯照明,即LED路灯。但由于LED路灯功率较大,其工作时会产生大量的热量,导致整个LED路灯的温度会较高,因此,LED路灯需要较强的散热效果。现有技术中,LED路灯的散热效果并不理想,导致其使用寿命降低,因此,有必要对其进行改进。
