背景技术
在肥料的生产过程中，输送机传动使用无级变速器，带动输送带输送成品肥，无级变速器根据自动包装秤的速度调整输送带的速度。由于空气温度大，摩擦片经常打滑，磨损严重，维修率高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种肥料包装输送机，该输送机可以减少磨损，提高传动装置使用寿命，减少维修量，提高生产效率。
为实现上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为一种肥料包装输送机，包括支架、安装在支架上的自动包装秤、设置在自动包装秤下方的运输带，在运输带上接有减速机。
所述减速机为摆线针轮减速机，内设大小链轮。
有益效果：本实用新型可以减少磨损，提高传动装置使用寿命，减少维修量，提高生产效率。

如图1所示，一种肥料包装输送机，包括支架1、自动包装秤2、输送带3、摆线针轮减速机4。其中自动包装秤2安装在支架1上，输送带3与摆线针轮减速机4相接，并设置在自动包装秤2下方，摆线针轮减速机4中设有大小链轮5。
根据自动包装秤2的速度，通过大小链轮5调整输送带3转速，装成品输送到库房。

1.一种肥料包装输送机，包括支架（1）、安装在支架上的自动包装秤（2）、设置在自动包装秤（2）下方的运输带（3），其特征在于：在运输带（3）上接有减速机（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种肥料包装输送机，其特征在于：所述减速机（4）为摆线针轮减速机，内设大小链轮（5）。
