一种油热恒温挤出机,在挤出机螺筒上等分成若干个区域,每个区域的螺筒壁上设置有导热油螺旋流通通道,导热油螺旋流通通道的两端设置有油路接口连接热油导管与热油机相连,在导热油螺旋流通通道的中间位置设置有探测挤出机螺筒温度的测温窗,测温窗的温度传感器热电偶的信号与油温机温控仪相连接,油温机内设置有控制导热油的电加热器和水冷却器,电加热器和水冷却器的工作由油温机温控仪控制,螺筒上的各个区域的温度设定由对应的油温机温控仪完成。工作时各个区域螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道内流淌着温度稳定的导热油,导热油的温度变化控制在±1℃范围内,保证螺筒的温度控制在0.5℃的理想状态。

本实用新型涉及一种化工塑料行业中的EVA产品的生产设备——挤出机。
背景技术
目前现有技术可应用于EVA产品生产的挤出机在热量供给方式都以电热水冷的方式进行调节温度,工作时,影响挤出机温度有:电热传递热量的位置不均匀致使挤出机在同一区域的温差超过10℃以上(严重的可达30℃以上)、冷却水的流量不当会使温度波动超过8℃以上,温度的波动严重地影响到EVA产品的内在质量。油热恒温挤出机是可以让挤出机的每个位置的温度都能控制在±0.5℃范围内进行工作,从而解决EVA产品在EVA原料挤出时对温度敏感的要求,提高EVA产品的质量。本实用新型的操作更为简单方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种油热恒温挤出机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在挤出机底座上设置有螺筒支柱、热油机、减速机、电机座台,螺筒支柱支撑挤出机螺杆螺筒组,减速机支撑匀速可调喂料机、连接螺杆螺筒组与电机,使电机动力传递到螺筒内的螺杆进行旋转,挤出机螺筒外侧按螺筒在工作时的作用,等分成若干个区域,每个区域的螺筒壁上设置有导热油螺旋流通通道,导热油螺旋流通通道的两端设置有油路接口连接热油导管与热油机相连,在导热油螺旋流通通道的中间位置设置有探测挤出机螺筒温度的测温窗,测温窗的温度传感器热电偶的信号与油温机温控仪相连接,油温机内设置有控制导热油的电加热器和水冷却器,电加热器和水冷却器的工作由油温机温控仪控制,螺筒上的各个区域的温度设定由对应的油温机温控仪完成。工作时各个区域螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道内流淌着温度稳定的导热油,导热油的温度变化控制在±1℃范围内,保证螺筒的温度控制在0.5℃的理想状态。

在挤出机底座(1)上设置有螺筒支柱(3)、热油机(2)、减速机(10)、电机座台(12),螺筒支柱(3)支撑挤出机螺杆螺筒组(5),减速机(10)支撑匀速可调喂料机(9)、连接螺杆螺筒组(5)与电机(11),使电机(11)的动力传递到螺杆螺筒组(5)内的螺杆进行旋转,挤出机螺筒外侧按螺筒在工作时的作用,等分成若干个区域,每个区域的螺筒外壁设置有螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道(6),螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道(6)的两端设置有油路接口连接导热油导管(4)与热油机相连,在导热油螺旋流通通道(4)的中间位置设置有探测挤出机螺筒温度的测温窗(7),测温窗(7)的温度传感器热电偶的信号与油温机(2)的温控仪相连接,油温机内设置有控制导热油的电加热器和水冷却器,电加热器和水冷却器的工作由油温机温控仪控制,螺筒上的各个区域的温度设定由对应的油温机温控仪完成。工作时各个区域螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道(6)内流淌着温度稳定的导热油,导热油的温度变化控制在±1℃范围内,保证螺筒的温度控制在0.5℃的理想状态。

1.一种油热恒温挤出机,其特征是:挤出机螺筒外侧按螺筒在工作时的作用,等分成若干个区域,每个区域的螺筒壁上设置有导热油螺旋流通通道,导热油螺旋流通通道的两端设置有油路接口连接热油导管与热油机相连,在导热油螺旋流通通道的中间位置设置有探测挤出机螺筒温度的测温窗,测温窗的温度传感器热电偶的信号与油温机温控仪相连接,油温机内设置有控制导热油的电加热器和水冷却器,电加热器和水冷却器的工作由油温机温控仪控制,螺筒上的各个区域的温度设定由对应的油温机温控仪完成,工作时各个区域螺筒导热油螺旋流通通道内匀速流淌着温度稳定的导热油。
