本实用新型的目的是提供一种真空定型梯度温控发泡材料装置,通过成型钢模板上的模板真空微孔和真空室,所形成的负压真空,使成型的发泡板材密度更为均匀。
其目的是这样实现的,一种真空定型梯度温控发泡材料装置是由发泡板材、模板真空微孔、下压膜成型钢板、真空管、前段高温加热器、中段高温加热器、尾段高温加热器、真空室、上压膜成型钢板组成;在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板上有模板真空微孔,上压膜成型钢板上安装有前段高温加热器、中段高温加热器、尾段高温加热器,并在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板上面固定有真空室,同时连接有真空管,在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板之间通过发泡板材。
通过在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板上均匀排列的模板真空微孔,和在上面固定的真空室,并连接上真空管,就能通过真空泵在两个钢模板之间形成负压真空,能有效地使发泡板材在成型中不至于过度压缩而形成表面密度高中间密度低的现象,使成型发泡板材密度更为均匀。                                                                                                                                                                                             附图说明

下面结合图1详细说明本实用新型提出的具体工作情况,在下压膜成型钢板3和上压膜成型钢板9上有模板真空微孔2,上压膜成型钢板9上安装有前段高温加热器5、中段高温加热器6、尾段高温加热器7,并在下压膜成型钢板3和上压膜成型钢板9上面固定有真空室8,同时连接有真空管4,在下压膜成型钢板3和上压膜成型钢板9之间通过发泡板材1。

1.一种真空定型梯度温控发泡材料装置是由发泡板材、模板真空微孔、下压膜成型钢板、真空管、前段高温加热器、中段高温加热器、尾段高温加热器、真空室、上压膜成型钢板组成;其特征是:在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板上有模板真空微孔,上压膜成型钢板上安装有前段高温加热器、中段高温加热器、尾段高温加热器,并在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板上面安装有真空室,同时连接有真空管,在下压膜成型钢板和上压膜成型钢板之间通过发泡板材。
