背景技术
现有的轮胎块橡胶细碎机主要包括机架，机架上设置电动机，电动机通过传动机构连接锥形磨盘使其转动，锥形磨盘上部设置料斗用于投料，下部设置出料口，便于将加工后的细碎粉末转移到下一工序。
该装置能够将大块的废旧轮胎块细碎成为粉末，同时将轮胎内部的钢丝分离出来。但是，出料时橡胶粉末和钢丝一同出来，需要进一步进行筛选细分，才能将钢丝取出。增加了工序，生产成本高，影响对轮胎的回收利用。

根据以上现有技术的不足，本实用新型要解决的问题是：提供一种出料时可以分离钢丝的橡胶细碎机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种橡胶细碎机，包括机架、电动机和传动机构，其特征在于：机架上设置电动机，电动机的输出轴通过传动机构连接磨盘，磨盘上部设置料斗，磨盘下部设置出料口，所述的出料口设置磁铁。
出料口设置磁铁之后，可以吸附细碎后的橡胶粉末中的钢丝，提高粉末质量，减少分离工序。
其中优选方案是：
所述的磁铁呈条状，与出料口中心线平行设置。增加吸附长度，使得钢丝清理彻底。
所述的磁铁均布在出料口内壁。增加吸附强度，保证钢丝清理彻底。
本实用新型橡胶细碎机所具有的有益效果是：通过在轮胎细碎机的出料口设置磁铁，可以吸附细碎后的橡胶粉末中的钢丝，提高粉末质量，减少分离工序，节约人工，保证生产效率。
