Description
一、技术领域
本申请涉及到防火门框切割设备的结构，特别是气动自动夹紧装置和自动进刀、退刀、释放的切角机。
二、背景技术
防火门框普通的切割工艺是利用固定模具手动切割机制作，生产效率和精度低，针对此问题需研制一种能自动夹紧，自动进刀、退刀的设备，以便提高制作精度和效率，降低劳动强度。
三、发明内容
针对防火门框的切割问题，提出一种双头自动切割的下料设备，技术方案是：
防火门框自动切角机，气动式自动夹紧装置，将左右两根门框工件固定，自动控制器控制电机和夹紧装置，电机连接进刀、退刀机构。
由于采用的自动控制装置和气动夹紧装置，可以达到自动切割的目的，提高了切割的精度和效率。

其中，1、双刀锯片，2、电机，3、气动式自动夹紧装置，4，进刀、退刀机构。
五、具体实施方式
防火门框自动切角机的夹紧装置3采用气动方式，模具结构采用自动定位、定角的方式，进刀、退刀机构4采用蜗轮蜗杆传动方式，切割刀具采用双刀锯片，自动控制器控制电机2和夹紧装置3，电机2连接进刀、退刀机构4，就可以实现防火门框的自动切角过程。
