[0002]目前国内湿法脱硫塔的主要形式有鼓泡塔、喷淋空塔、托盘塔、填料塔、旋流气动乳化塔以及旋流板塔等。鼓泡塔由于阻力大、填料塔由于容易堵塞等原因,现在应用较少。喷淋空塔由于压降低、无堵塞等优点在电站锅炉烟气脱硫得到广泛应用,但喷淋空塔、托盘塔由于要求喷淋密度大,水气比非常高(例如石灰石-石膏法水气比在20〜26,石灰-石膏法水气比在13〜16)造成浆液循环管道设备投资高、电耗大、运行成本高,在中小热电厂和工业锅炉中应用不多;旋流板塔由于可实现脱硫除尘一体化,曾在中小热电厂和工业锅炉得到广泛应用,但旋流板塔脱硫除尘效率不高,除雾板、风机积灰严重导 致无法长期连续运行,随着环保标准的提高也面临淘汰;旋流乳化脱硫塔是将旋流板塔缩小,增加旋流器单元数,上下连接方形进出烟室改进而来,其提高脱硫除尘效率的途径是提高通过旋流板之间的穿塔速度,在旋流板上方托起一层浆液层,旋流板之间的高速烟气冲击浆液层,与浆液混合来提闻脱硫除尘效率。
[0003] 旋流乳化脱硫塔的水气比较小,脱硫除尘效率较旋流板塔有较大提高,但有几个缺点:1、由于几个小的旋流乳化器下部连接在一个方形的进出烟室的隔板上,旋流器的截面积总和只有方形进出烟室的1/6,这种急剧扩缩的结构造成烟气局部阻力很大;2、旋流乳化器主要靠高速烟气将脱硫浆液托起,烟气流速高,阻力大;在锅炉低负荷较小、烟气量小的情况下,旋流器叶片处的烟速低,乳化效果差,脱硫除尘效率将会大幅下降,锅炉高负荷时可能出现烟气流速过大,浆液层太厚,设备阻力非常大,造成锅炉出力大幅下降;3、由于旋流乳化器成直筒形,旋流乳化器出口烟速高,浆液会直接冲到除雾器上,造成除雾效果差、除雾器容易损坏等问题;4、由于是通过提高旋流器叶片之间的烟气流速来冲击浆液层,受旋流器叶片数的限制,浆液层的乳化效果不太佳,中国专利CN201263968Y于2009年7月I日公开了一种“双旋流器串接气动乳化脱硫塔”,该专利采用双层旋流器串联来提高脱硫除尘效率,但烟气阻力将大大增加。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的第一个技术问题就是提供一种能够产生旋转涡流气流、气液混合更充分的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器。本实用新型所要解决的第二个技术问题提供一种烟气阻力小、水气比小、脱硫除尘效率高、运行成本低的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔。

[0006] 一种旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器,包括筒壁、螺旋锥和倾斜安装在筒壁与螺旋锥之间的叶片,所述叶片上部边缘开设有锯齿,相邻两锯齿向两侧相对弯折形成一个夹角。
[0007] 本实用新型要解决的第二个技术问题的技术方案如下:
[0008] 一种文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,包括有由下而上设置的循环浆液池、入口烟道、脱硫塔壳体、烟气降温装置、花板、浆液喷淋装置、稳流板、除雾器冲洗装置、除雾器和出口烟道,脱硫浆液循环泵的入口与循环浆液池联接,脱硫浆液循环泵的出口通过管道与烟气降温装置和浆液喷淋装置联接,其特征在于:在上下两花板之间装有作为烟气脱硫通道的文丘里管,该文丘里管内的喉口处装有上述的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器。
[0009] 本实用新型的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器,由于叶片上部边缘开设有锯齿,相邻两锯齿向两侧相对弯折形成一个夹角,烟气在流经叶片上部成百上千个折弯的锯齿时,这些锯齿构成涡流发生片,产生无数个漩涡;脱硫浆液在叶片上方漩涡气流的作用下与含有SO2、粉尘的烟气充分地碰撞、切割、混合。本实用新型既能产生旋转气流,又产生漩涡气流,比单一的旋转气流所实现的气液混合更充分。
[0010] 本实用新型的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔采用大流量低阻力文丘里管,文丘里喉口处的流速较低,在文丘里喉口处设置本实用新型的旋流气动涡流乳化器,旋流气动涡流乳化器使气液混合更充分,反更强烈,可以使石灰石-石膏法脱硫工业的液气比由20以上降 到I〜2,大大降低投资和运行成本。由于旋流气动涡流乳化具有极佳的乳化效果,可以在更宽的锅炉负荷调节范围内稳定地保持预设的脱硫、除尘效率。使用旋流气动涡流乳化器降低了烟气穿塔的速度,使脱硫塔的整体阻力降低,减少了引风机的投资和运行费用。

[0020] 如图I、图2和图3所示,本实用新型的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器,包括筒壁41、螺旋锥42和倾斜安装在筒壁与螺旋锥之间的叶片43,叶片43与水平面的倾斜角α所述叶片43上部边缘开设有锯齿44,相邻两锯齿44向两侧相对弯折形成一个夹角β。
[0021] 上述产生涡流的锯齿44为三角形、梯形、方形或其他形状。
[0022] 如图4和图5所示,本实用新型的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,包括有由下而上设置的循环浆液池12、入口烟道I、脱硫塔壳体2、烟气降温装置3、花板6、浆液喷淋装置7、稳流板8、除雾器冲洗装置9、除雾器10和出口烟道11,脱硫浆液循环泵13的入口与循环浆液池12联接,脱硫浆液循环泵13的出口通过管道与烟气降温装置3和浆液喷淋装置7联接,其要点在于:在上下两花板6之间装有作为烟气脱硫通道的文丘里管5,该文丘里管5内的喉口处装有前述的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器4。
[0023] 如图4和图6所示,两花板6之间设置多个文丘里管5,在下、上两层花板6上开有与文丘里管5进、出口外径相同圆孔,花板6上的各圆孔相切。文丘里管5与花板6满焊。由于文丘里管5进口和出口各圆相切,各文丘里管进出口的面积总和与脱硫塔截面积之比达到1:1. 4,而且由于文丘里管的进出口管的渐缩渐扩作用,因此脱硫塔内的烟气流速不会急剧变化,局部阻力非常小,减小了烟气阻力。
[0024] 根据烟气量的大小,本实用新型可配置7〜21个装有旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器4的文丘里管5。根据含硫量、粉尘初始浓度的不同和脱硫除尘效率的要求,对文丘里管5喉口直径、旋流气动涡流乳化器4中叶片43的水平夹角α和相邻两锯齿44之间的夹角β进行调整,可以满足不同用户对脱硫除尘效率、设备阻力的要求。
[0025] 文丘里管5进口处安装有一个烟气降温装置3,出口安装有一个浆液喷淋装置7, 烟气降温装置3和浆液喷淋装置7的喷嘴布置于每个文丘里管5进出口中心;进口处烟气降温装置3的喷嘴向上喷,出口处浆液喷淋装置7的喷嘴向下喷;为了使旋转气流以层流方式进入除雾器,提高除雾效果,文丘里管5与除雾器10之间设有稳流板8 ;两层除雾器10用横梁固定在稳流板8的上方,除雾器10上下方布置有除雾器冲洗装置9,通过自动控制或定时器定期对除雾器10的结垢、积灰进行冲洗,以保证脱硫塔运行阻力不会升高。
[0026] 文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔的工作过程如下:烟气由入口烟道I进入脱硫塔,经烟气降温装置3后,向上进入各均布的大流量低阻文丘里管5,速度逐渐提高,在文丘里管5喉口处设置的旋流气动涡流乳化器4的作用下,旋转向上流过叶片43,烟气在流经叶片43时,在叶片锯齿44的上方产生无数个漩涡。文丘里管5下方和上方对向喷嘴喷出的脱硫浆液在叶片43上方漩涡气流的作用下与含有SO2、粉尘的烟气充分地碰撞、切割、混合。脱硫浆液被烟气涡流分散成无数个小液滴,在旋流气动涡流乳化器4上方形成一层一定厚度的泡沫状气水混合乳化液。在强烈的湍流传质场中,SO2等有害气体被脱硫浆液吸收,和脱硫剂发生中和反应;微细的粉尘也在强烈的湍流中被迅速浸润、增湿、碰撞、长大,被脱硫浆液洗涤下来。净化后的干净气体被稳流板8改变旋流状态,以层流方式进入第一组粗分离除雾器10,通过惯性分离将气体中的液滴分离下来;粗分离后的气体再进入第二组细分离除雾器10,细分离除雾器10的波形板的结构和板间距有所不同,将气体中的微小液滴、水雾分离下来;经文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔净化后达到环保排放标准的干净气体经出口烟道11排入烟®。脱硫后的浆液由自动控制加入新鲜脱硫剂后由脱硫浆液循环泵13循环使用,为防止结垢和增加脱水效果,可采用氧化风机对脱硫反应物进行氧化,脱硫浆液达到一定浓度后,可经旋流、压滤后制成石膏等副产物销售或直接抛弃。
[0027] 本实用新型的优点是:气液混合更充分、烟气阻力小、水气比小、脱硫除尘效率高、运行成本低,可米用石灰石_石骨、石灰_石骨、加镁石灰-石骨法、钠韩双碱法等工艺,适用于240吨及以下电站锅炉、工业锅炉、工业炉窑、冶金炉窑排烟废气脱硫除尘的新型多管文丘里涡流乳化脱硫塔。
Claims (7)
1. 一种旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器,包括筒壁(41)、螺旋锥(42)和倾斜安装在筒壁与螺旋锥之间的叶片(43),其特征在于:所述叶片(43)上部边缘开设有锯齿(44),相邻两锯齿(44)向两侧相对弯折形成一个夹角。
2.根据权利要求I所述的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器,其特征在于:所述锯齿(44)为三角形、梯形或方形。
3. —种文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,包括有由下而上设置的循环浆液池(12)、入口烟道(I)、脱硫塔壳体(2)、烟气降温装置(3)、花板(6)、浆液喷淋装置(7)、稳流板(8)、除雾器冲洗装置(9)、除雾器(10)和出口烟道(11),脱硫浆液循环泵(13)的入口与循环浆液池(12)联接,脱硫浆液循环泵(I 3 )的出口通过管道与烟气降温装置(3 )和浆液喷淋装置(7 )联接,其特征在于:在上下两花板(6)之间装有作为烟气脱硫通道的文丘里管(5),该文丘里管(5)内的喉口处装有权利要求I所述的旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,其特征在于:在两花板(6)之间设置有多个文丘里管(5),在下、上两层花板(6)上开有与文丘里管(5)进、出口外径相同圆孔,花板(6)上的各圆孔相切。
5.根据权利要求4所述的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,其特征在于:两花板(6)之间配置有7〜21个装有旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器(4)的文丘里管(5)。
6.根据权利要求3、4或5所述的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,其特征在于:所述文丘里管(5)进口处安装有一个烟气降温装置(3),出口安装有一个浆液喷淋装置(7),烟气降温装置(3 )和浆液喷淋装置(7 )的喷嘴布置于每个文丘里管(5 )进出口中心。
7.根据权利要求6所述的文丘里管涡流乳化脱硫塔,其特征在于:在带有旋流气动涡流脱硫乳化器(4)的文丘里管与除雾器(10)之间布置有稳流板(8)。
