本实用新型涉及一种电缆管套。
背景技术
电缆敷设是继电保护作业的一项重要工作,在电缆敷设工作过程中,由于从电缆沟穿至开关机构箱的电缆是暴露在空气中的,极易损坏,故需要穿入一根钢管中来保护电缆。然而在工作中,由于有时穿入电缆根数过多,或者因为电缆较粗,在穿入钢管后立起来的过程中很难将钢管摆正,并且穿入机构箱非常困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电缆管套,解决传统钢管穿入较多电缆立起后不易摆正并难以穿入机构箱的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电缆管套,其特征是,包括两横截面为半圆的钢管,钢管一侧通过连接轴固定,另一侧分别设有连接片,连接片上均布有多个螺栓孔并通过螺栓固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可在电缆直接穿入机构箱后再使用管套来保护电缆,结构简单,使用方便,实用性强,材料易选,造价低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2所示,电缆管套,包括两横截面为半圆的钢管1,钢管1一侧通过连接轴2固定,另一侧分别设有连接片3,连接片3上均布有多个螺栓孔4并通过螺栓固定。
使用时,可先将电缆穿入机构箱中,钢管1可以在连接轴2的作用下打开,将电缆卡入钢管1内,当电缆卡入钢管1后,闭合钢管1,将连接片3处通过螺栓固定住,在必要时还可将连接片3处焊接。
