Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于加热的汽水混合装置。
背景技术
传统加热一般采用夹层的加热罐，加热罐的内腔中置入物料，而夹层中输入蒸汽，由此进行加热，但是这种加热方式只能适用于温度要求较高的产品作业中，当要求温度较低时就难以控制。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够调节加热温度的汽水混合装置。
为此，本实用新型提供的汽水混合装置，包括罐体，罐体上带有入水口和排水管，罐体内带有蒸汽管，蒸汽管的蒸汽入口处于罐体外，蒸汽管的蒸汽出口正对排水管的入口。
由于本实用新型提供的汽水混合装置的罐体内带有可输入蒸汽的蒸汽管，蒸汽从蒸汽出口出来后与水流在接近排水口的区域混合，达到加热水的目的，通过调节水量和蒸汽量还可以调节排出的水的温度。本实用新型提供的这种充气式汽水混合器不但结构极为简单，而且还可调节出水温度，其性能远高于传统设备。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供的汽水混合装置，包括罐体1，罐体1上带有入水口2和排水管3，排水管3上带有朝下的溢流口7，罐体1内带有蒸汽管4，蒸汽管4的蒸汽入口5处于罐体1外，蒸汽管4的蒸汽出口6正对排水管3的入口。

1. 一种汽水混合装置，包括罐体（1），罐体（1）上带有入水口（2）和排水管（3），其特征是：所述罐体（1）内带有蒸汽管（4），蒸汽管（4）的蒸汽入口（5）处于罐体（1）外，所述蒸汽管（4）的蒸汽出口（6）正对排水管（3）的入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽水混合装置，其特征是：所述排水管（3）上带有朝下的溢流口（7）。
