由于刨体上设有刨丝孔、刨皮刀口使刨丝器具有刨丝、刨皮功能，所述的刨口上设有锯齿使刨丝器具有锯功能；刨体前端的前面上设有刮齿、开瓶口使刨丝器具有刮鱼鳞、开瓶盖功能；刨体上设有削片刀口使刨丝器具有削片功能；在凹槽内设有凿子使刨丝器具有凿孔功能。
