背景技术
卡车轮毂轴承的主要作用是承重和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导,它既承受轴向载荷又承受径向载荷,是一个非常重要的零部件,因此卡车轮毂轴承要求高承载力、防尘抗腐蚀能力强。一般的双列卡车轮毂为外圈一体,内圈两体式机构,外圈一体的轴承,外圈宽度大,需要砂轮轴更长,磨削难度大,而且两滚道需要一次磨削成形,必须使用双滚道一次磨削的设备进行磨削,对设备要求高,且在使用过程中,外圈一体式结构对轴的挠度影响的适应性不是很强。 
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以降低轴承的加工难度,并对轴的挠度影响的适应性更强的新型卡车轮毂轴承。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:一种新型卡车轮毂轴承,内圈、外圈为两体式结构,采用尼龙锁紧圈和两外圈过盈连接,两内圈用弹簧卡圈固定连接,滚动体、内圈、保持架组成组件,与两外圈组合,两侧分别装上第一密封圈和第二密封圈,第二密封圈外面安装防尘盖。 
所述新型卡车轮毂轴承的装配过程如下:将滚动体放入到保持架的兜孔中,然后放入内圈,形成保持架、滚动体、内圈的内组件,然后利用尼龙锁紧圈将两个单外圈连接起来,形成一个双滚道外圈,再将两套内组件按照装配的要求,装入外圈内,两内组件用弹簧卡圈连接固定,防止两内组件分离。最后,进行注脂,在两侧装入第一密封圈和第二密封圈及防尘盖,形成成品。 
本实用新型的有益效果:外圈采用两体式结构,普通的设备就可以磨削加工,砂轮轴无需太长,磨削难度相对降低;同样,在磨削两侧密封圈牙口时,难度也降低了很多;在使用方面,外圈两体结构对轴的挠度影响的适应性更强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
如图1所示的一种新型卡车轮毂轴承,内圈6、外圈2为两体式结构,采用尼龙锁紧圈4和两外圈2过盈连接,两内圈6用弹簧卡圈5固定连接,滚动体7、内圈6、保持架3组成组件,与两外圈2组合,两侧分别装上第一密封圈1和第二密封圈8,第二密封圈8外面安装防尘盖9。 
所述新型卡车轮毂轴承的装配过程如下:将滚动体7放入到保持架3的兜孔中,然后放入内圈6,形成保持架3、滚动体7、内圈6的内组件,然后利用尼龙锁紧圈4将两个单外圈2连接起来,形成一个双滚道外圈,再将两套内组件按照装配的要求,装入外圈2内,两内组件用弹簧卡圈5连接固定,防止两内组件分离,最后,进行注脂,在两侧装入第一密封圈1和第二密封圈8及防尘盖9,形成成品。
