技术领域:本发明是属于建筑装饰技术领域,主要解决防火方面的技术问题。 
背景技术:现市场上的保温复合板,普遍存在一个问题,那就是保温复合板综合防火性能低,具有很大的局限性,已跟不上时代步伐的要求,解决此类问题已迫在眉睫、势在必行了。 
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种保温防火复合板,该发明在提高保温材料本身防火性能、粘接强度的同时,结构上采用六面密封保温复合板从而提高保温复合板的防火性能;本发明技术方案为: 
1,花岗岩保温防火复合板,其构造由如下部分组成: 
1)装饰面层; 
2)保温层,位于装饰面层之下,底层之上; 
3)底层,位于保温层之下,即位于最底层; 
4)四周密封层,将保温材料四周密封的层。 
2,花岗岩保温防火复合板,其特征在于如下几个方面: 
1)装饰面层为薄板花岗岩,厚度9~18mm、体积密度≥2.3g/cm3; 
2)保温层采用聚氨酯做原料,其抗拉强度≥0.12Mpa、导热系数≤0.024W(m·k); 
3)底层及四周密封层的材料均为不燃材料,由水泥纤维板制成,其抗拉强度≥0.15Mpa、吸水率≤8%。

具体实施方式:
1)将预先安装有石材背拴及连接件的石材面板(即装饰面层)放置在模具型腔底部。 
2)模具型腔内壁四周垂直放置密封材料(即四周密封层),型腔上部用密封材料密封(即底层)并盖上模压盖,这样便形成完整的密封结构体系。 
3)在模具型腔中注入液态聚氨酯(即保温层),其通过高压发泡与密封材料粘接。 
4)冷却拆模后,便形成既保温又防火的复合板。 
该花岗岩保温防火复合板,其构造由如下部分组成: 
1)装饰面层6, 
2)保温层4,位于装饰面层6之下,底层之上, 
3)底层,位于保温层4之下,即位于最底层, 
4)四周密封层,将保温材料四周密封的层。 
该花岗岩保温防火复合板,还具有如下几方面的特征: 
1)装饰面层6为薄板花岗岩,厚度9~18mm、体积密度≥2.3g/cm3,

1.花岗岩保温防火复合板,其构造由如下部分组成:
1)装饰面层;
2)保温层,位于装饰面层之下,底层之上;
3)底层,位于保温层之下,即位于最底层;
4)四周密封层,将保温材料四周密封的层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的花岗岩保温防火复合板,其特征在于如下几个方面:
1)装饰面层为薄板花岗岩,厚度9~18mm、体积密度≥2.3g/cm3
2)保温层采用聚氨酯做原料,其抗拉强度≥0.12Mpa、导热系数≤0.024W(m·k);
3)底层及四周密封层的材料均为不燃材料,由水泥纤维板制成,其抗拉强度≥0.15Mpa、吸水率≤8%。
