本实用新型属汽车用的5°DC、15°DC和FB钢制车轮技术领域,具体涉及一种高寿命车轮。其特征是:轮辐上均匀设有多个椭圆形通风孔,椭圆形通风孔的长轴A与短轴B的比例A∶B为1.3∶1-3.3∶1,且通风孔的长轴A按钢圈轴向排列。因而具有结构合理,强度高,能提高轮辐的疲劳极限和车轮的使用寿命,适用面广的优点。

技术领域:本实用新型属汽车用的5°DC、15°DC和FB钢制车轮技术领域,具体涉及一种高寿命车轮。 
背景技术:现有的汽车钢制车轮,轮辐上的通风孔常采用圆形或其他较保守的形状,来保证车轮的强度和散热,轮辐通风孔处的强度是关系到整个车轮寿命的至关重要部位,而轮辐受轮辋强废及加工工艺的制约,通常厚度较大,既要保证强度又要保证散热,在满足结构设计的条件下,尽可能增加通风孔的尺寸,是设计的要点和难点,很多车轮在使用过程中,通风孔处会首先达到疲劳寿命而出现破碎现象,易发生安全隐患,甚至造成车毁人亡的严重事故。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理,强度高,能提高轮辐的疲劳极限和车轮的使用寿命,适用面广的高寿命车轮。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高寿命车轮,包括轮辋和轮辐,其特征是:轮辐上均匀设有多个椭圆形通风孔,椭圆形通风孔的长轴A与短轴B的比例A∶B为1.3∶1-3.3∶1,且通风孔的长轴A按钢圈轴向排列。其中,所述的多个椭圆形通风孔数量为8-20个。 
由于采用上述技术方案,合理布置的椭圆形通风孔,既能满足车轮正常使用,又能保证足够的通风散热,并改善了轮辐通风孔处应力分布,增加车轮强度,提高了整车的安全系数,从而延长车轮的使用 寿命,并降低整车的使用成本。经使用有限元软件进行CAE分析和国家级车轮实验室测试双重验证,车轮的疲劳寿命延长了约50%,明显提高了车轮的使用寿命,因而具有结构合理,强度高,能提高轮辐的疲劳极限和车轮的使用寿命,适用面广的优点。

具体实施方式:参考图1-图3,一种高寿命车轮,包括轮辋1和轮辐2,轮辐2上均匀设有多个椭圆形通风孔3,椭圆形通风孔3的长轴A与短轴B的比例A∶B为1.3∶1-3.3∶1,且通风孔3的长轴A按钢圈轴向排列;所述的多个椭圆形通风孔3数量为8-20个。本实施例的椭圆形通风孔3的数量为16个。

1.一种高寿命车轮,包括轮辋(1)和轮辐(2),其特征是:轮辐(2)上均匀设有多个椭圆形通风孔(3),椭圆形通风孔(3)的长轴A与短轴B的比例A∶B为1.3∶1-3.3∶1,且通风孔(3)的长轴A按钢圈轴向排列。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种高寿命车轮,其特征是:所述的多个椭圆形通风孔(3)数量为8-20个。
