Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种筛分设备,具体涉及一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,该筛分设备具有多个筛箱,每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,有利于在筛面上形成等厚物料层,提高筛分效率,筛箱通过激振器独立控制,独立振动,实现了大振动强度、大振幅、大倾角,满足了振动机械要求和对多种物料的筛分规律,在筛分过程运动规律中,筛面呈上下直线运动,获得良好的筛分处理量,实现了设备的大型化,大处理量,提高了筛分效率。该设备在机架与地面之间置有二次减振弹簧,二次减振使整机在工作过程中,对承载基础的振动力减小,同时也减少了机械撞击产生的声音,从而降低噪音,满足环保要求。

    本实用新型涉及一种筛分设备,具体涉及一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,适用于矿石、煤炭等多种物料的筛分,根据颗粒大小不同,处理量不同进行有效筛分的筛分设备,属机械制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内采用的选煤方法主要为重介、跳汰、浮选以及干法选煤。我国地域广阔,煤炭资源丰富,煤种齐全,煤质变化大,因而以上选煤方法均有应用。随着国际能源消费结构向煤炭消费方向的调整和环境保护意识的日益增强,世界各国越来越重视煤炭的洗选加工,为了进一步改善和提高选煤效果,各主要产煤国家都把注意力放在改进工艺、研制和采用新型、高效和高产洗选设备上。近几年,随着洗选煤量的增加,煤用的振动筛分设备被广泛地使用,使用最多的筛分设备当属直线振动筛,在选煤厂的物料筛分、脱水脱介等作业上得到广泛使用,因其振动强度大、性能稳定、占地面积小、现场检修方便及单机购置费用低等优点受到青睐,但工业的现代化进程促使企业规模增大、生产能力大大提高、需要高效高产能筛分机与之配套,但直线振动筛受其结构性能的限制,单位面积的处理能力小,筛分效率低,一直无法实现大型化,成为目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,该设备包括有多个筛箱,筛箱通过大振动强度、大振幅、大倾角和弹性筛面满足振动机械要求和对多种物料的筛分规律,在筛分过程运动规律中,筛面呈上下直线运动,获得良好的筛分处理量,每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,有利于在筛面上形成等厚物料层,提高筛分效率,通过二次减振减小筛分设备对基础面的冲击,设备由筛箱上的挡煤板作为安全防护板,防止物料粉尘飞扬,减少对空气的污染,保持良好的工作环境,从而达到环保要求。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,该设备包括有机架,其特征是:所述的机架上有多个筛箱,每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,每个筛箱上面有激振器,通过螺栓直接与筛箱连接,每个激振器独立控制,独立振动;所述的机架上还有多个减振弹簧,筛箱通过减振弹簧坐落在机架上面,机架与地面之间有二次减振弹簧。
所述的筛箱包括有挡煤板、筛板、振动主架、压板和弹簧座;所述的挡煤板固定在振动主架上,每个筛板上竖向排列有若干筛丝,筛丝固定在筛丝架上,筛丝排列方向和物料流向相同,筛板通过压板直接固定在振动主架上,弹簧座焊接在振动主架上,通过弹簧座与振动主架焊接角度的不同,使每个筛箱具有不同的安装角度。
本实用新型的优点是:该筛分设备具有多个筛箱,每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,有利于在筛面上形成等厚物料层,提高筛分效率,筛箱通过激振器独立控制,独立振动,实现了大振动强度、大振幅、大倾角,满足了振动机械要求和对多种物料的筛分规律,在筛分过程运动规律中,筛面呈上下直线运动,获得良好的筛分处理量,实现了设备的大型化,大处理量,提高了筛分效率;主振由激振器带动筛箱,进行工作需要的振动,激振器采用振动电机直接固定在筛箱上,省掉了普通电机、软连接和电机支架,减少了设备检修维护的工作量,缩小了设备的占用空间;二次减振使整机在工作过程中,对承载基础的振动力减小,同时也减少了机械撞击产生的声音,从而降低噪音,满足环保要求。

具体实施方式
如图所示:一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,该设备包括有机架2,所述的机架上有多个筛箱1,每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,每个筛箱上面有激振器5,通过螺栓直接与筛箱连接;所述的机架上还有多个减振弹簧3,筛箱通过减振弹簧坐落在机架上面,机架与地面之间有二次减振弹簧4。
所述的筛箱包括有挡煤板101、筛板102、振动主架103、压板104和弹簧座105;所述的挡煤板固定在振动主架上,每个筛板上竖向排列有若干筛丝1021,筛丝固定在筛丝架1022上,筛丝排列方向和物料流向相同,筛板通过压板直接固定在振动主架上,弹簧座焊接在振动主架上,通过弹簧座与振动主架焊接角度的不同,使每个筛箱具有不同的安装角度。

1.一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,该设备包括有机架(2),其特征是:所述的机架上有多个筛箱(1),每个筛箱和机架具有不同的安装角度,安装角度由上至下逐次减小,使筛面形成不同的倾角,每个筛箱上面有激振器(5),通过螺栓直接与筛箱连接,每个激振器独立控制,独立振动;所述的机架上还有多个减振弹簧(3),筛箱通过减振弹簧坐落在机架上面,机架与地面之间有二次减振弹簧(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种重型多段等厚筛分设备,其特征是:所述的筛箱包括有挡煤板(101)、筛板(102)、振动主架(103)、压板(104)和弹簧座(105);所述的挡煤板固定在振动主架上,筛板上竖向排列有若干筛丝(1021),筛丝固定在筛丝架(1022)上,筛丝排列方向和物料流向相同,筛板通过压板直接固定在振动主架上,所述的弹簧座焊接在振动主架上,通过弹簧座与振动主架焊接角度的不同,使每个筛箱具有不同的安装角度。
