[0019] 使用本实用新型时,向炉芯内加入生物质成型燃料,炊事出火口在炉体的前部,作为炊事应用,采暖出火口位于炉体的后部,是专门供采暖应用;当炊事应用时,将采暖出火口用火口封盖盖上,炊事出火口打开应用;当采暖应用时,将炊事出火口用火口封盖盖上,采暖出火口打开应用;利用本实用新型可以洁净燃烧,生物质成型燃料在炉芯内产生气化、半气化燃烧。炉芯下部的供风点火孔促使炽热炭的燃烧,保证对上层燃料的加热、气化。中部供风点火孔提供空气介质,促进气化反应。上部供风点火孔提供较高温度空气,瞬时点火,即时燃烧。

[0021] 炉芯形成了生物质成型燃料气化反应直接燃烧一体化结构的特点,决定了炉灶的技术工作原理。生物质成型燃料首先是在上点火加热的作用下,由外部提供空气气化介质,通过分散、分级供风产生气化反应,析出以一氧化碳为主的多种烃类混合燃气,同时也是在高温、及其分散、分级供风的作用下,燃气即时发生燃烧。在烟囱上抽吸的引力下,已产生的火焰及其混合在一体尚未燃烧的燃气,在到达上燃烧出火口时,与进入的较高温度空气氧气发生反应,产生激烈的燃烧,燃烧火焰几乎无损失的进入水箱高效换热器,火焰经过水箱换热器曲线流体结构表面过程,使火焰经过水箱换热器曲线流体结构表面的时间和面积足够;实现生物质成型燃料的高效清洁燃烧,同时,炉体使 用时,可通过炉体前进料口充分加料。

1. 一种一胆双炉口生物质成型燃料清洁炊暖炉,包括炉体(12),炉体(12)的上端后方固定连接有水箱高效换热器(19),水箱高效换热器(19)上端固定连接有烟園接口(21 ),炉体(12)下部设计有灰箱(14),炉体(12)下部装有炉条(15),炉条(15)位于灰箱(14)上方,炉体(12)上盖有炊具(2),其特征是:所述的炉体(12)内装有炉芯(10),炉芯(10)上口为椭圆形,炉芯(10)下口为圆形,炉芯(10)上开有供风点火孔(13),炉芯(10)外套有挡风桶(11),炉芯(10)包括炉芯内壳(8),炉芯内壳(8)外套有炉芯外壳(9),炉芯外壳(9)和炉芯内壳(8 )内装有耐火材料,炉芯(IO )的前部开有炊事出火口( 7 ),炉芯(IO )的后部开有采暖出火口(4),炊事出火口(7)和采暖出火口(4)上固定连接有上燃烧出火口(3),挡风桶(11)与炉芯(10)之间形成风腔(18),挡风桶(11)的下表面的外周上开有供风孔(16),供风孔(16)与风腔(18)相对应。
2.根据权利要求I所述的一胆双炉口生物质成型燃料清洁炊暖炉,其特征在于:所述的炉体(12)与水箱高效换热器(19)的连接处设计有水箱换热器曲线流体结构(I ),水箱换热器曲线流体结构(I)位于采暖出火口(4)的正上方,水箱换热器曲线流体结构(I)包括弧形凹板(22),弧形凹板(22)与水箱高效换热器(19)相连接,弧形凹板(22)上固定连接弧形板(23),弧形板(23)两侧固定连接有弧形板侧板(24),弧形板侧板(24)的边缘处固定连接有固定板(25)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一胆双炉口生物质成型燃料清洁炊暖炉,其特征在于:所述的上燃烧出火口(3)的周边上开有入气口(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一胆双炉口生物质成型燃料清洁炊暖炉,其特征在于:所述的炉体(12)的下后部开有总供风口(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一胆双炉口生物质成型燃料清洁炊暖炉,其特征在于:所述的水箱高效换热器(19 )内固定连接有组合换热烟管(20 )。
