一种改进的薄膜清洗机,包括电机和清洗装置,所述清洗装置外侧底部设有电机,所述电机通过调速装置与清洗装置连接,所述清洗装置顶部边上设有进水管道,所述清洗装置顶部中间设有进料口,所述清洗装置上部设有第一旋风分离器,所述第一旋风分离器与粉碎装置连接,所述粉碎装置中设有粉碎工具,所述粉碎装置与过滤器连接,所述过滤器与出料管道连接,所述出料管道末端与储料装置连接,所述出料管道内设有吸送装置,所述清洗装置底部设有多个污水出口管。
所述污水出口管数量为1-3个。 
所述进水管道、出料管道和污水出口管上均设有阀门。 
所述第一旋风分离器内壁上布满圆状小孔。

   如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一种改进的薄膜清洗机,包括电机1和清洗装置2,清洗装置2外侧底部设有电机1,电机1通过调速装置3与清洗装置2连接,清洗装置2顶部边上设有进水管道4,清洗装置2顶部中间设有进料口5,清洗装置2上部设有第一旋风分离器6,第一旋风分离器6与粉碎装置7连接,粉碎装置7中设有粉碎工具8,粉碎装置7与过滤器9连接,过滤器9与出料管道10连接,出料管道10末端与储料装置11连接,出料管道10内设有吸送装置12,清洗装置1底部设有多个污水出口管13,污水出口管数量为1-3个,进水管道4、出料管道10和污水出口管13上均设有阀门14,第一旋风分离器6内壁上布满圆状小孔15。清洗机结构简单,使用方便快捷,能彻底的清洁薄膜,大大的提高了薄膜的回收再利用的能力,节约资源,利用环保,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益。
