Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种风动炮泥机，包括轴承座（1），轴承座（1）的一端通过联轴器（2）与减速机构（3）连接，在减速机构（3）上连接有气动马达（4）；在轴承座（1）的另一端连接有螺杆（5），在螺杆（5）的顶部设有进料斗（6），在螺杆（5）的前端设有出料口（7）。本实用新型采用高压空气作为动力源来驱动气动马达，以替代传动的电机，这样的结构可以放置电机容易出现的失爆和漏电的问题，而且气源的引入方便安全，不仅使炮泥机的使用安全，而且使炮泥机的使用环境基本不受限制。本实用新型结构简单，容易实施，成本低廉，使用效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种炮泥机，尤其是一种风动炮泥机。
背景技术
目前，在煤矿企业炮采工作面，炮泥被大量的使用，如单纯手工来制作，不但效率低、封装不实，而且规格不一，在放炮过程中易出现明火，具有很大的安全隐患。因此炮泥机就被广泛使用来解决上述问题，但是，现有的炮泥机主要是通过电机来带动，由于煤矿的作业现场对电机的使用具有许多限制，常规的炮泥机在使用上具有安全隐患，导致炮泥机的使用环境受限。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种风动炮泥机，它使用安全，使用的环境基本不受限制，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的：风动炮泥机，包括轴承座，轴承座的一端通过联轴器与减速机构连接，在减速机构上连接有气动钻机；在轴承座的另一端连接有螺杆，在螺杆的顶部设有进料斗，在螺杆的前端设有出料口。
由于采用了上述的技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用高压空气作为动力源来驱动气动钻机，以替代传动的电机，这样的结构可以放置电机容易出现的失爆和漏电的问题，而且气源的引入方便安全，不仅使炮泥机的使用安全，而且使炮泥机的使用环境基本不受限制。本实用新型结构简单，容易实施，成本低廉，使用效果好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：风动炮泥机的结构如图1所示，包括轴承座1，轴承座1的一端通过联轴器2与减速机构3连接，在减速机构3上连接有气动钻机4（可采用市售的90气动钻机）；在轴承座1的另一端连接有螺杆5，在螺杆5的顶部设有进料斗6，在螺杆5的前端设有出料口7。

1.一种风动炮泥机，包括轴承座（1），其特征在于：轴承座（1）的一端通过联轴器（2）与减速机构（3）连接，在减速机构（3）上连接有气动钻机（4）；在轴承座（1）的另一端连接有螺杆（5），在螺杆（5）的顶部设有进料斗（6），在螺杆（5）的前端设有出料口（7）。
