[0002] LED由于其节能高效、经久耐用等优点以及政府部门的大力推广和扶持得以迅速发展,目前LED照明应用产品已涉及道路照明、景观照明、隧道照明及室内照明等,大有全面取代传统照明灯具的态势,在此形式下,我们将不可避免的面临着ー场绿色照明革命。与此形成鲜明对比的是在石油、化工、矿场等特殊场合用防爆灯仍采用传统光源,光效和寿命均无法和LED灯具相提并论,由于现有LED灯具在防腐、防护以及防爆等方面达不到防爆灯相关要求,因此,开发适合各种易燃易爆以及其它特殊场合用防爆灯将是LED照明行业的 新课题。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种整体式LED防爆灯,从而实现LED应用于石油、化工、矿场等特殊场合。
[0004] 本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
[0005] 一种整体式LED防爆灯,由过孔散热器、电源盒、接线盒、LED光源、透镜和驱动电源构成,过孔散热器与电源盒整体式设计,透镜安装于散热器传热基板安装面,透镜由压盖固定,透镜与传热基板形成密闭光源腔,LED光源安装于光源腔内紧固连接于传热基板,电源盒开ロ与接线盒配合安装形成电源腔,驱动电源安装于电源腔内,其输出端接LED光源正负极,输入端连接于接线腔内接线端子上,接线腔由盖头配合并密封,电源线经由连接于接线盒的穿线管连接于接线端子。
[0006] 所述的过孔散热器中间部位为传热基板,传热基板底面为安装面,传热基板安装面背面及周边布设散热片,传热基板周边散热片相互交错成过孔状,交错的散热片间形成过流孔。
[0007] 所述的安装面中间部位为光滑平面。
[0008] 所述的散热片可为平面或曲面,材质选用铝合金、铜铝合金或钛镁铝合金。
[0009] 所述的电源盒与过孔散热器整体式设置,设于过孔散热器背面,在散热器顶部开ロ,开ロ处与接线盒配合安装并紧固形成电源腔。
[0010] 所述的接线盒一端与电源盒配合安装,另一端设可方便拆卸的盖头,接线腔内设接线端子,接线盒上设置连接穿线管的接管螺ロ。
[0011] 所述的透镜由树脂材料或玻璃制成等厚度护罩或不等厚度配光透镜,具有较好的机械强度和化学稳定性。
[0012] 所述的LED光源为发光二极管集成封装而成,包括正负极,导热面和发光面,导热面由高导材料制成并抛光处理,紧贴铝基板安装。[0013] 所述的驱动电源为恒流稳压直流驱动器,输出电參数与LED光源匹配。
[0014] 本实用新型的有益效果是:
[0015] 该实用新型取代传统防爆灯具,具有高光效、长寿命、低光衰、安全可靠等优点,传统防瀑灯一般米用白炽灯和突光灯作为光源,常用白炽灯光效只有10流明姆瓦,寿命一般只有1000小时左右,而且光源温度很高,荧光灯光效50流明每瓦左右,且对环境影响较大。LED光效高达100流明每瓦以上,而LED寿命通常可达50000小时,较传统防爆灯具LED防爆灯具有寿命长、光效高、色泽柔和等一系列优点,其超长的使用寿命可有效减少维修量、降低维修成本,同时高光效可以节约越来越紧张的电能,充分体现绿色照明这ー理念,为人类能源危机作出应有的贡献,其散热片间形成过孔结构而利用空气自然对流循环提高散热效率,可有效解决エ矿场合灰尘杂物在散热器表面的沉积。

具体实施方式
[0026] 如图1、2所示:过孔散热器I与电源盒2整体式设置,电源盒设于过孔散热器顶部,过孔散热器中间部位为传热基板21,传热基板底面为安装面,安装面中间部位为光滑平面,用于固定安装LED光源4及透镜5等,传热基板安装面背面及周边布设散热片11,散热片可为平面或曲面,传热基板周边散热片相互交错成过孔状,交错的散热片间形成过流孔12,为便于灯具的安装固定,可在散热器边框上设置吊耳13固连灯具安装支架9。电源盒在散热器顶部开ロ,开ロ处与接线盒配合安装并紧固形成电源腔。过孔散热器及电源盒整体一次成型,材质一般选用铝合金、铜铝合金或钛镁铝合金类高导热合金材料。
[0027] 如图3、4所示:接线盒3—端可与电源盒配合安装,另一端设可方便拆卸的盖头,接线腔31内设接线端子,接线盒上设置连接穿线管的接管螺ロ 32。
[0028] LED光源4为发光二极管集成封装而成,包括正负极,导热面和发光面,导热面由高导材料制成并抛光处理,紧贴铝基板安装。
[0029] 透镜5由树脂材料或玻璃制成等厚度护罩或不等厚度配光透镜,具有较好的机械強度和化学稳定性,选择设计不同的透镜可使灯具实现不同的功能,比如窄角配光可用于探照灯和指示型号灯等,广角配光用于照明和泛光灯等场合,一些不对称配光可用于特殊场合。[0030] 驱动电源7为恒流稳压直流驱动器,输出电參数与LED光源匹配。
[0031] 如图5、6所示:一种整体式LED防爆灯由过孔散热器I、电源盒2、接线盒3、LED光源4、透镜5和驱动电源7等构成,过孔散热器I与电源盒2整体式设计,透镜5安装于散热器I传热基板21安装面,透镜5由压盖6固定,透镜与传热基板形成密闭光源腔,LED光源安装于光源腔内紧固连接于传热基板,电源盒2开ロ与接线盒3配合安装形成电源腔,驱动电源安装于电源腔内,其输出端接LED光源正负极,输入端连接于接线腔内接线端子上, 接线腔由盖头配合并密封,电源线经由连接于接线盒的穿线管连接于接线端子。灯具安装时可用灯具安装支架9吊装。
Claims (9)
1. 一种整体式LED防爆灯,由过孔散热器、电源盒、接线盒、LED光源、透镜和驱动电源构成,其特征在于:过孔散热器与电源盒整体式设计,透镜安装于散热器传热基板安装面,透镜与传热基板形成密闭光源腔,LED光源安装于光源腔内紧固连接于传热基板,电源盒开ロ与接线盒配合安装形成电源腔,驱动电源安装于电源腔内,其输出端接LED光源正负极,输入端连接于接线腔内接线端子上,接线腔由盖头配合并密封,电源线经由连接于接线盒的穿线管连接于接线端子。
2.根据权利要求I所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的过孔散热器中间部位为传热基板,传热基板底面为安装面,传热基板安装面背面及周边布设散热片,传热基板周边散热片相互交错成过孔状,交错的散热片间形成过流孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的安装面中间部位为光滑平面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的散热片可为平面或曲面,材质选用铝合金、铜铝合金或钛镁铝合金。
5.根据权利要求I所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的电源盒与过孔散热器整体式设置,设于过孔散热器顶部,在散热器顶部开ロ,开ロ处与接线盒配合安装并紧固形成电源腔。
6.根据权利要求I所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的接线盒一端与电源盒配合安装,另一端设可方便拆卸的盖头,接线腔内设接线端子,接线盒上设置连接穿线管的接管螺ロ。
7.根据权利要求I所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的透镜由树脂材料或玻璃制成。
8.根据权利要求I所述的ー种整体式LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的LED光源为发光ニ极管集成封装而成,包括正负极,导热面和发光面,导热面由高导材料制成并抛光处理,紧贴铝基板安装。
