在生产线上通常都设置有用于装夹规则物品的夹具，现有的夹具都是针对某一特定规格的物品所设计的，只能装夹一种规格的物品。一条生产线上有可能涉及多种不同规格的产品，在这种情况下就需要多个不同规格的夹具配合，不但使用麻烦，而且增加了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，成本低廉，能适应多种不同规格产品的可调式夹具。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
可调式夹具，它包括座体、定位块、定位螺杆和手轮，座体上设置有四条燕尾槽，四条燕尾槽将座体四等分，定位块滑动设置于燕尾槽中，座体的侧面设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔与燕尾槽连通，定位螺杆通过螺纹连接设置于螺纹孔中，定位螺杆的一端与定位块接触，定位螺杆的另一端与手轮连接。
它还包括调整座，调整座上设置有球型的凹槽，座体的底部设置有球形的突起，突起和凹槽配合。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1．结构简单，通过调节定位块的位置即可适应多种不同规格的产品，降低了成本；
2．可方便调节夹具的角度，使其能适应各种不同的情况。
