本实用新型公开了一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,包括用于放置板材的底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有两根异型压条,所述异型压条由压条主体和设于压条主体下部的挡条一体成型构成,所述挡条垂直于压条主体的长度方向,所述挡条的高度不超过板材的厚度,所述异型压条两端设有螺孔,所述异型压条通过螺钉固定在底板上,所述底板两侧还分别设有至少一个用于固定板材的弹性紧固装置。本实用新型通过异型压条与底板两侧的弹性紧固装置对底板上的板材进行压紧固定、纵向定位和横向定位,结构简单,容易制造和操作,在激光拼焊和激光切割中夹紧效果好,也可以有效避免拼焊过程中因热应力造成的间隙变化。

本实用新型涉及一种激光拼焊设备,特别是涉及一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具。 
背景技术
激光拼焊和激光切割技术是目前在汽车工业车身设计制造和生产中被广泛应用的新技术,可以将不同表面处理、不同钢种或不同厚度的钢板自由组合成为一个毛坯件,对于减轻汽车重量、提高工件质量、提高车身碰撞安全性、减少加工工序、降低成本、提高生产效率和减少材料消耗等多方面都有十分重要的意义。由于激光光束直径很小,在拼焊或切割过程中对两块待处理钢板的装配间隙有非常严格的要求,由于热应力的存在,为保证焊接过程中拼焊间隙不发生变化,对夹具的夹紧力要求通常很高。 
在专利200520046157.4的“一种激光拼焊和激光切割用夹具”中,主要通过单侧横向和纵向挡条方式定位,通过压条夹紧的方式装卡试样,虽然结构简单,但是由于在夹具的装配过程中需要使用较多的螺钉和螺母对挡条和压条进行固定,操作量大,耽误时间,且对于长板在拼焊过程中的热变形问题效果不佳。
在专利201020222577.4的“一种激光拼焊用夹具”中,主要通过梯形槽状的压板和垂直于拼焊方向的顶杆对拼焊板进行固定,结构简单,容易操作无需电机、液压等复杂设备,但是通过手动锁紧每个顶杆,不够快捷,耗费时间,在平行于拼焊方向上缺乏固定能力。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,容易制造和操作,在激光拼焊和激光切割中夹紧效果好,也可以有效避免拼焊过程中因热应力造成的间隙变化的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,包括用于放置板材的底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有两根异型压条,所述异型压条由压条主体和设于压条主体下部的挡条一体成型构成,所述挡条垂直于压条主体的长度方向,所述挡条的高度不超过板材的厚度,所述异型压条两端设有螺孔,所述异型压条通过螺钉固定在底板上,所述底板两侧还分别设有至少一个用于固定板材的弹性紧固装置。通过异型压条与底板两侧的弹性紧固装置对底板上的板材进行压紧固定、纵向定位和横向定位,可以确保板材在激光拼焊或激光切割过程中不发生移位,在激光拼焊过程中不会因为热应力造成间隙变化,结构简单,容易操作和制造。 
前述的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,其特征在于,所述弹性紧固装置由挡块、固定部、弹簧、拉杆和拉杆头组成,所述固定部可以是固定在底座上的独立部件,也可以是底板上一体成型的凸起部,所述固定部上设有通孔,所述拉杆穿过固定部上的通孔和固定部活动连接,所述拉杆的一端设有用于固定板材的挡块,所述挡块与固定部之间设有弹簧,所述拉杆的另一端设有拉杆头。弹性紧固装置通过拉杆头连动拉杆将挡块拉开,当板材固定好后松开拉杆头,通过弹簧的弹性将挡块紧紧抵靠在板材上,可以有效避免板材在激光拼焊过程中因为热应力而产生的拼焊间隙变化,其操作方式更简单,定位效果好。 
 [0006] 前述的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,其特征在于,所述底板上设有开口槽。开口槽用于收集激光拼焊过程中产生的焊渣等废物。
 [0007] 前述的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,其特征在于,所述挡条的高度小于板材的厚度。挡条高度小于板材的厚度可以确保异型压条压紧板材而不至于被挡条架空。

通过异型压条与底板两侧的弹性紧固装置对底板上的板材进行压紧固定、纵向定位和横向定位,结构简单,容易制造和操作,在激光拼焊和激光切割中夹紧效果好,也可以有效避免拼焊过程中因热应力造成的间隙变化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。 
 [0011] 如图1所示,板材13放置于底板1上方,板材13上方设有两根异型压条2,又如图2所示,异型压条2由压条主体3和设于压条主体3下部的挡条4一体成型构成,挡条4垂直于压条主体3的长度方向,挡条4的高度小于板材13的厚度,异型压条2两端设有螺孔5并通过螺钉6配合固定在底板1上,底板1两侧还分别设有两个用于固定板材13的弹性紧固装置,弹性紧固装置由挡块7、固定部8、弹簧9、拉杆10和拉杆头11组成,固定部8可以是固定在底板1上的独立部件,也可以是底板1上一体成型的凸起部,本实施例中为底板1上一体成型的凸起部,固定部8上设有通孔(图中未示出),拉杆10穿过固定部8上的通孔并和固定部8活动连接,所述拉杆10的一端设有用于固定板材13的挡块7,挡块7与固定部8之间设有弹簧9,拉杆10的另一端设有拉杆头11,此外底板1上还设有用于收集焊渣等废物的开口槽12。
 [0012] 使用时,先调整弹性紧固装置中的挡块7位置,使挡块7靠近固定部8,预留足够的板材13放置空间,可以通过手动操作,也可以将多个弹性紧固装置连接牵引器械同时操作,本实施例中即向外侧牵引拉杆头11,调整挡块7位置,弹簧9紧缩,然后将板材13放置在底板1上,使两块板材13的拼焊接缝正对底板上的开口槽12上方,方便激光拼焊过程中焊渣等废物的搜集,激光切割操作中将切割线正对开口槽12上方,将异型压条2压在板材13上方,继续调整板材13位置,在板材13拼焊接缝或切割线位置不偏移的前提下使板材13的一端紧靠在异型压条2下部的挡条4侧面,通过螺钉6将异型压条2与底板1连接紧固,保证对板材13有足够的紧压,使激光拼焊或切割过程中板材13在纵向上不发生移位,最后解除对弹性紧固装置的牵引,使挡块7向板材13抵靠,在弹簧9的作用下保持对板材13的横向定位,并解决在激光拼焊过程中板材13在热应力的作用下在横向上发生形变和拼焊间隙变化的问题。

1.一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,包括用于放置板材的底板,其特征在于:所述底板上设有两根异型压条,所述异型压条由压条主体和设于压条主体下部的挡条一体成型构成,所述挡条垂直于压条主体的长度方向,所述挡条的高度不超过板材的厚度,所述异型压条两端设有螺孔,所述异型压条通过螺钉固定在底板上,所述底板两侧还分别设有至少一个用于固定板材的弹性紧固装置。
 2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,其特征在于,所述弹性紧固装置由挡块、固定部、弹簧、拉杆和拉杆头组成,所述固定部可以是固定在底座上的独立部件,也可以是底板上一体成型的凸起部,所述固定部上设有通孔,所述拉杆穿过固定部上的通孔和固定部活动连接,所述拉杆的一端设有用于固定板材的挡块,所述挡块与固定部之间设有弹簧,所述拉杆的另一端设有拉杆头。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于激光拼焊和激光切割的夹具,其特征在于,所述底板上设有开口槽。
