本实用新型主要涉及一种数控车床主轴箱结构,具体地说是一种数控车床主轴箱三挡变频传动结构。 
背景技术
目前,数控车床广泛应用在机械加工行业,而传统的数控车床的主轴箱传动链多,挡位多,通常在12-24个挡位之间,这就使得主轴箱在运行的时候噪音很大,传动效率低,故障率也高,结构比较复杂,维修不便,这种结构的主轴箱的传动效率只能达到70%,能耗较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种数控车床主轴箱三挡变频传动结构,这种传动结构结构简单,保证了传动效率,使得传动效率至上提高到85%以上,同时噪音小,故障率低。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 
一种数控车床主轴箱三挡变频传动结构,包括主轴箱体、主轴,设在箱体一侧的皮带盘,以及通过皮带盘传动到一轴,所述一轴上设有三联齿轮,所述的主轴上设有低速齿轮,高速齿轮和中速齿轮;所述的三联齿轮与主轴上的齿轮分别啮合,使主轴得到高,中,低三种转速,通过变频器调整电机转速,最终实现主轴箱三挡齿轮变速,变频无级调速。 
通过这种主轴传动结构,可以省去传统的主轴箱多挡位传动结构,使得结构更加简单,设置了三联齿轮结构,当调节变速手柄时,三联齿轮与主轴上相应的挡位齿轮分别啮合,当三联齿轮与低挡齿轮啮合时为低速运行,当三联齿轮与高挡齿轮啮合时为高速运行,当三联齿轮与中挡齿轮啮合时为中等速度运行,三联齿轮与主轴上齿轮啮 合的同时在通过变频器调整电机转速,最终实现主轴箱三挡齿轮变速,变频无级调速。 
综上所述本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,增加了主轴箱传动效率,使得传动效率至上提高到85%以上,同时噪音小,故障率低。

参见附图,一种数控车床主轴箱三挡变频传动结构,包括主轴箱体(3)、主轴(8),设在箱体一侧的皮带盘(1),以及通过皮带盘传动的一轴(2);所述一轴(2)的一端设有三联齿轮(5),所述的主轴(8)上一端依次设有低速齿轮(7),高速齿轮(6)和中速齿轮(4);所述的三联齿轮(5)与主轴上的齿轮分别啮合。 
这种主轴传动结构,省去传统的主轴箱多挡位传动结构,在主轴和一轴上设置三挡齿轮和三联齿轮,当需要相应的速度时,通过调节变速手柄,使得三联齿轮与主轴上相应的挡位分别啮合,在同时变频器调整电机转速,最终实现主轴箱三挡齿轮变速,变频无级调速。
