本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维光电复合芯导线,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术
现代经济的高速发展带动了电力工业的发展,也推动了输电线路的技术进步。架空输电导线作为输送电力的载体,在输电线路中占有极为重要的地位。为了安全可靠的多送电力,需要对输电线路运行状态时线路安全健康水平进行监测,及时获取线路运行信息,以便在发现线路隐患及时预警和检修处理,从而避免电网事故的发生。现有的在线监测终端和系统基本都是采用多个装设在输电线路杆塔上的数据传感器和一个监测终端构成,而数据传感器与监测终端之间的数据传输是通过公用移动通信网(GSM、GPRS)来完成的。配套设备多,建设成本大。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种碳纤维光电复合导线,以实现与通讯光纤同缆,从而替代外置传感器数据采集设备的功能,并可实现沿输电线路的多点实时监测,可靠性高。
 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种碳纤维光电复合导线,包括为导线核心的碳纤维缆芯,其特征是碳纤维缆芯外设置软铝导线与通信光纤导电层,导电层外设置电源绝缘层,所述的电源绝缘层内置光纤传感器。
进一步,所述的光纤传感器为能够测导线温度、载流量和应力的传感器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的碳纤维光电复合导线解决了传感器与监测终端之间的数据传输问题,相应的线监测终端和系统可能取消外置传感器数据采集设备,并可实现沿输电线路的多点实时监测,可靠性高,最终减少导线在线监测的重复建设成本,有效综合利用现有资源。

如图1所示,本实用新型的碳纤维光电复合导线,包括为导线核心的碳纤维缆芯1,其特征是碳纤维缆芯1外设置软铝导线2与通信光纤5组成的导电层,导电层外设置电源绝缘层4,所述的电源绝缘层4内置光纤传感器3。
所述的光纤传感器3为能够测导线温度、载流量和应力的传感器。

1.一种碳纤维光电复合导线,包括为导线核心的碳纤维缆芯,其特征是碳纤维缆芯外设置软铝导线与通信光纤导电层,导电层外设置电源绝缘层,所述的电源绝缘层内置光纤传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维光电复合导线,其特征是:所述的光纤传感器为能够测导线温度、载流量和应力的传感器。
