本实用新型涉及一种PIR保温装饰一体化板,由一次性恒温高压定型复合而成的三层结构组成,外层为装饰面板,中间芯材层为聚异三聚氰酸酯PIR保温层,底层为无机防火界面薄材板。装饰面板选自超薄型天然石材、薄型瓷板、氟碳金属漆装饰板、实色漆装饰板、仿石材理石漆装饰板或柔性软瓷。本实用新型将外墙保温和装饰组合成一体化,使其形成一个节能高效、科学合理的有机整体。我国地域广阔,纵跨严寒地区、寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区和夏热冬暖地区,建筑物对外墙外保温材料的要求及施工厚度不尽相同。本实用新型可以提供不同地区、不同建筑物外墙外保温工程选用。板材质量轻,保温性能、阻燃性能好,施工简便,耐久性好。

本实用新型涉及建筑保温装饰材料,具体涉及外墙外保温材料及建筑外墙装饰材料,特别涉及一种PIR保温装饰一体化板。
背景技术
我国的建筑能耗约占全国能耗的30%,因此,建筑节能是国家节能工作的重要组成部分。为了实现65%的目标,今后,新建筑必须按照《公共建筑节能设计标准》设计,并严格组织施工、验收。提倡和推行新型外墙外保温与外墙装饰一体化,是提高围护结构保温隔热性能及装饰性能、延长建筑使用寿命的关键措施。目前,许多建筑外墙外保温技术与外墙装饰技术各成一体,缺乏科学衔接,特别是在材料的相容性、层间的亲合性、性能的互补性、施工的协调性等方面还存在着许多问题,由此造成保温层开裂、空鼓,甚至脱落的现象屡见不鲜。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种集保温、防水、装饰功能于一身,应力均衡、荷载均匀的PIR保温装饰一体化板。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种PIR保温装饰一体化板,由一次性恒温高压定型复合而成的三层结构组成,外层为装饰面板,中间芯材层为聚异三聚氰酸脂P I R保温层,底层为无机防火界面薄材板。
所述的装饰面板选自超薄型天然石材、薄型瓷板、氟碳金属漆装饰板、实色漆装饰板、仿石材理石漆装饰板或柔性软瓷。

参见附图,本实用新型为一种PIR保温装饰一体化板,由一次性恒温高压定型复合而成的三层结构组成,外层为装饰面板1,所述的装饰面板1选自超薄型天然石材、薄型瓷板、氟碳金属漆装饰板、实色漆装饰板、仿石材理石漆装饰板或柔性软瓷。中间芯材层为聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层2,底层为无机防火界面薄材板3。
PIR保温装饰一体化板包括依次由装饰板材+聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层+柔性无机防火界面薄材为底层夹心组合而成。PIR保温装饰一体化板是以阻燃性能优异的新型高分子绝热材料聚异三聚氰酸脂作为保温隔热芯材层,采用超薄型天然石材、陶瓷面砖、氟碳漆、仿石漆装饰板、软瓷面砖等多种优质饰面材料为饰面层,以柔性无机防火界面薄材为底面层。在工厂标准化专业连续生产线上,采用粘结和集成技术,将饰面层、芯材层、底层卷材三者一次性恒温高压定型复合构建而成,是集建筑外墙装饰、保温隔热、防水和防火于一体的新型多功能保温装饰板材。
PIR保温装饰一体化板通过层间柔性联结,达到应力均衡、荷载均匀、优势互补、叠加增效之目的。PIR保温装饰一体化板表现真实、色泽天然、优雅丰富、轻、薄、柔、新而不失凝重感,高性能、高品位、高性价比、兼顾装饰与保温的双重功能。具有超耐久保护、高效节能,高耐候性、高自洁性、抗污染性、耐酸雨、附着力强、致密性好、防水、隔音、吸振效果好、A级防火阻燃效果优、综合造价低,安全可靠、施工方便快捷、环境友好、绿色环保。为实现外墙保温装饰提供了一项极佳的选择,使建筑节能工作向着科学、高效、健康的方向发展。

1.一种PIR保温装饰一体化板,由一次性恒温高压定型复合而成的三层结构组成,其特征在于:外层为装饰面板(1),中间芯材层为聚异三聚氰酸脂P I R保温层(2),底层为无机防火界面薄材板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PIR保温装饰一体化板,其特征在于:所述的装饰面板(1)选自超薄型天然石材、薄型瓷板、氟碳金属漆装饰板、实色漆装饰板、仿石材理石漆装饰板或柔性软瓷。
