背景技术
锂电池正、负极材料生产过程中,需要对材料进行混合后再筛分处理。现有的混合和筛分是分两个步骤单独进行的。混合时,工人将材料抬升到混合机加料口,拆包后投入混合机内进行混合,待混合完毕后,再将材料取出,然后进行筛分。在混合和筛分过程中,物料的加入和取出,都会造成一定程度的粉尘漂浮,导致了工作现场的环境差,影响工人的身体健康,尤其在向混合机投料过程中,工人处于混合机上作业,存在一定的安全隐患。同时,加料和出料过程劳动强度大,导致需要较多的人力来配合完成。这些都严重影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种锂电池材料的混合筛分系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种锂电池材料混合筛分系统,包括螺旋输送机、锥形混合机、螺旋出料器和振动筛。螺旋输送机与锥形混合机相连接,锥形混合机的出料口与螺旋出料器连接,螺旋出料器与振动筛相连接。材料通过螺旋输送机加入到混合机,混合完毕后通过螺旋出料器出料,再通过振动筛进行筛分,工人只需收集筛分下的物料即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是,减少了工人在物料混合和筛分过程中的工作强度,节省了人力,提高了生产效率,避免了工人高处作业,降低了安全隐患,同时也改善了工作现场的环境。

具体实施方式

如附图所示,螺旋输送机(1)与锥形混合机(2)的上端相连,锥形混合机(2)的下端与螺旋出料器(3)相连,螺旋出料器(3)与振动筛(4)相连。
物料从螺旋输送机(1)的进料斗投入,通过螺旋输送机(1)加入到锥形混合机(2)中进行混合,混合结束后,通过螺旋出料器(3)控制出料,输送到振动筛(4)进行筛分,筛上大颗粒通过筛上出料口(5)收集,筛下合格品通过筛下出料口(6)收集。

1.一种锂电池材料混合筛分系统,包括螺旋输送机(1)、锥形混合机(2)、螺旋出料器(3)和振动筛(4),其特征是:螺旋输送机(1)与锥形混合机(2)相连接,锥形混合机(2)的出料口与螺旋出料器(3)连接,螺旋出料器(3)与振动筛(3)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池材料混合筛分系统,其特征在于:所述的锥形混合机(2)为双螺旋混合机或螺带螺杆混合机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池材料混合筛分系统,其特征在于:所述的振动筛(4)为普通振动筛或超声波振动筛。
