随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对内衣的要求也越来越高，从原有的纯棉内衣发展到双层内衣以及保暖内衣、远红外保暖内衣等；现有的保暖内衣或远红外保暖内衣通常是以丙纶纤维层、塑料薄膜层或远红外涤纶纤维层制成的无纺絮片为基层，在基层两面再复合纯棉织物层而成的，具有良好的抗风、透气、保暖等特点，受到了人们的欢迎。但是，无论是保暖内衣、远红外保暖内衣保暖都仅是利用人身体发出的热量进行保暖，而对保健没有额外的作用，已经不能满足现在人们的需求。

1.一种保健内衣，包括内衣本体（1），其特征在于：在所述内衣本体（1）上设有若干按摩凸起（2），所述按摩凸起（2）设于内衣本体（1）的内侧与人体皮肤相接触的一面，在所述的内衣本体（1）上设有一开口口袋（3），在所述开口口袋（3）内设有一个发热袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健内衣，其特征在于：所述按摩凸起（2）分别设于内衣本体（1）内侧的手臂部、肩膀部位和胸前部位处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健内衣，其特征在于：所述开口口袋（3）设于内衣本体（1）的肩部、肘部和腹部位置处。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健内衣，其特征在于：开口口袋（3）设于内衣本体（1）的内表面。
