背景技术:
双层共挤机头,是由企业机电车间自行设计,自主研发的一款性能优越的电缆挤塑成形模头。原先的机头及模具的材料选用不合理,机械制造时通过热处理调质工艺使得各个零部件在装配以及拆卸后,多次组装中经常会变形,机械强度达不到实际工作环境的需求导致易磨损、易损坏。
以前采用圆柱式型腔结构,使用过程中经常有焦料、死料滞留在模头的型腔内,导致电缆的绝缘层和护套层会有击穿点产生。挤塑模具经常出现偏心,挤塑成型的绝缘层和护套层质量受到影响。
实用新型内容:
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目是提供一种电缆双层共挤用机头,结构设计合理,产品质量得到提升,机头使用寿命延长。

电缆双层共挤用机头,包括壳体,所述的壳体为筒体形状,其特征在于:所述的壳体内孔为锥形孔,锥形孔内从大端到小端依次穿插有外锥形的外导胶管、内导胶管、进线导管,其中内导胶管与外导胶管贴合固定于锥形孔大端的壳体外壁,进线导管端部顶住所述的内导胶管的外壁,所述的锥形孔小端设有挤出模具,有调节螺栓穿过壳体外壁顶住所述的挤出模具外壁,有端盖顶住旋合安装于锥形孔小端顶住所述的挤出模具。
所述的电缆双层共挤用机头,其特征在于:所述的壳体、挤出模具采用材料为优质合金模具钢42CrMoAl。

电缆双层共挤用机头,包括壳体1,壳体1为筒体形状,壳体1内孔为锥形孔2,锥形孔2结构使电缆料在塑化后挤出更加流畅,挤塑的压力更加稳定,使用过程中不会再有焦料、死料滞留在模头的型腔内,锥形孔2内从大端到小端依次穿插有外锥形的外导胶管(通常为护套料导胶管)3、内导胶管(通常为绝缘料导胶管)4、导线用进线导管5,其中内导胶管4与外导胶管5贴合固定于锥形孔2大端的壳体1外壁,进线导管5端部顶住内导胶管4的外壁,锥形孔2小端设有挤出模具6,有调节螺栓7穿过壳体1外壁顶住挤出模具6外壁,有端盖8顶住旋合安装于锥形孔2小端顶住挤出模具6。
壳体1、挤出模具6采用材料为优质合金模具钢42CrMoAl,机械制造时通过热处理调质工艺使得各个零部件在装配以及拆卸后,多次组装中不会变形。挤出模具6通过高频淬火工艺使其使用性能更加优越,增强了机械强度从而不易磨损、不易损坏。

1.一种电缆双层共挤用机头,包括壳体,所述的壳体为筒体形状,其特征在于:所述的壳体内孔为锥形孔,锥形孔内从大端到小端依次穿插有外锥形的外导胶管、内导胶管、进线导管,其中内导胶管与外导胶管贴合固定于锥形孔大端的壳体外壁,进线导管端部顶住所述的内导胶管的外壁,所述的锥形孔小端设有挤出模具,有调节螺栓穿过壳体外壁顶住所述的挤出模具外壁,有端盖顶住旋合安装于锥形孔小端顶住所述的挤出模具。
