背景技术
目前，在中药材粉碎时，均采用单层的料桶，这种结构隔热功能差，在被粉碎的中药材倒出时，容易烫伤操作人员的皮肤，而且残渣会吸附在内桶壁上，给清洗带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的一种中药材专用粉碎器。其包括螺纹、夹层、电机、机座、桶盖、转轴、桶体和刀片；电机上的转轴伸入到桶体内，桶体上部设有桶盖，桶盖与桶体均设有夹层，桶盖与桶体通过螺纹旋紧，在转轴上固定有刀片。刀片由粉碎刀片和搅拌刀片连为一体，在电机下部设有机座，在夹层内设有隔热介质。本实用新型使用起来非常方便，隔热性能好，设计合理实用，适合广泛推广。

如图所示，一种中药材专用粉碎器包括螺纹1、夹层2、电机3、机座4、桶盖5、转轴6、桶体7和刀片8；电机3上的转轴6伸入到桶体7内，桶体7上部设有桶盖5，桶盖5与桶体7均设有夹层2，桶盖5与桶体7通过螺纹1 旋紧，在转轴6上固定有刀片8，刀片8由粉碎刀片和搅拌刀片连为一体，在电机3下部设有机座4，在夹层2内设有隔热介质。本实用新型工作时，只要放入需粉碎的中药材，盖上桶盖5，插上电源即可。停止工作时，关闭电源，打开桶盖5，倒出粉碎好了的中药材即可。本实用新型使用起来非常方便，隔热性能好，设计合理实用，适合广泛推广。
