本实用新型公开一种节能水壶,包括壶体和设置在壶体上方的壶盖;壶底内表面设置有弯形微肋,壶底外表面为磨砂面。此种节能水壶在烧水时,由于壶底外表面经过磨砂处理,使得壶底外表面的黑度ε提高,由热辐射定律Φ=εAσT4知,在相同加热情况下黑度ε提高后,换热量Φ增加,从而提高了火焰与壶内凉水的热交换效率。另外,在壶中的水和壶底之间壶底内表面的微形弯肋处存有空气,该处便是加热气化核心,当水将要沸腾时,微形弯肋处的空气首先溢出,促进水的沸腾,加快对流换热,提高了加热效率。

背景技术
日常生活中水壶的使用较为频繁,常见的水壶包括:壶体、壶盖、壶柄及壶嘴。使用水壶烧水时,发明人发现光滑的壶底底面黑度较小,这样换热效率较低;另外,光滑的壶底内表面不能加快壶内的对流换热,火焰并没有充分与壶内的凉水热交换,造成了一定的能源浪费。因此,有必要对现有技术中的水壶进行改进,提升水壶烧水过程的热交换效率。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能水壶,该水壶结构新颖,热能吸收率高。 
本实用新型为了实现上述目的,采用的技术解决方案是:一种节能水壶,包括壶体、壶柄、壶嘴和设置在壶体上方的壶盖,壶底内表面设置有弯形微肋。进一步,所述壶体底部外表面磨砂处理。 
本实用新型的有益效果:此种水壶在烧水时,由于壶体底部外表面经过磨砂处理,使得壶底外表面的黑度ε提高,由热辐射定律Φ=εAσT4知,在相同加热情况下黑度ε提高后,换热量Φ增加,从而提高了火焰与壶内凉水的热交换效率。另外,在壶中的水和壶底之间壶底内表面的弯形微肋处存有空气,该处便是加热气化核心,当水将要沸腾时,弯形微肋处的空气首先溢出,促进水的沸腾,加快对流换热,提高了加热效率。

此种节能水壶在烧水时,由于壶底(4)外表面经过磨砂处理,使得壶底4外表面的黑度ε提高,由热辐射定律Φ=εAσT4知,在相同加热情况下黑度ε提高后,换热量Φ增加,从而提高了火焰与壶内凉水的热交换效率。另外,在壶中的水和壶底(4)之间壶底(4)内表面的弯形微肋(6)处存有空气,该处便是加热气化核心,当水将要沸腾时,弯形微肋(6)处的空气首先溢出,促进水的沸腾,加快对流换热,提高了加热效率,起到节能的作用。
