本实用新型涉及一种防水毡,特别是一种将太阳能电池与防水毡结合在一起的柔性光伏电池防水毡。
背景技术
防水毡主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面及屋顶、以及隧道、公路等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,目前,我国的太阳能技术已经进入到千家万户,很多电子产品都是利用太阳能发电的,同时很多发达国家已经大面积推广实施光伏并网发电了,所以将建筑物防水毡与光伏发电结合起来,对太阳能的利用将具有非常好的发展前景。
因此,柔性光伏电池防水毡,具有发电和屋面防水的双重功能,降低了施工费用,也可以美化环境,同时也解决了太阳能发电与建筑物一体化的难题,并借鉴国外的成功技术经验结合我国的建筑国情,使我国早日走进太阳能建筑时代,使建筑业走向绿色能源和低碳时代。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低,重量轻,美观大方,安全环保,同时具有发电和屋面防水双重功能的柔性光伏太阳能电池防水毡。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现:
柔性光伏太阳能电池防水毡,其为柔性光伏电池和防水毡的结合体,所述的柔性光伏电池由多块柔性光伏太阳能电池片组成,多块柔性光伏太阳能电池片粘接在防水毡表面复合成为一体,形成柔性光伏电池防水毡卷材。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
柔性光伏太阳能电池防水毡,具有施工使用方便、成本低、重量轻、寿命长、安全环保和优良的隔热性等特点,同时具有发电和屋面防水双重功能,也降低了施工费用,使建筑群美观大方。

如图1和图2所示,柔性光伏太阳能电池防水毡,其为柔性光伏电池2和防水毡1的结合体,所述的柔性光伏电池由多块柔性光伏太阳能电池片组成,多块柔性光伏太阳能电池片粘接在防水毡1表面复合成为一体,形成柔性光伏电池防水毡卷材。柔性光伏电池2端部设有电池接线柱3。
所述的防水毡1表面通过化学胶粘接多块柔性光伏太阳能电池片,防水毡1为SBS改性防水卷材。
需要使用本实用新型时,在以往屋面需要铺设防水层时,就可以用本实用新型代替原有的防水毡,这样屋面就具有发电和屋面防水双重功能了。
