Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,涉及防水材料技术领域。包括其中部纵向设有U型结构的橡胶止水带主体,其特征在于在橡胶止水带主体的U型结构的两侧各设有一排地脚螺栓密封紧固机构。本实用新型的积极效果是:克服了现有技术之不足,不仅能适应渡槽主体的较大变形,而且可以更换,便于维修,止水效果好,大大提高了止水结构可靠性、耐用性和安全性。适用于工程变形缝特别是渡槽变形缝的止水防水。

[0002] 对于渡槽和渠道的施工中,要求能承受施工缝有较大变形、可靠性好的变形密封结构,即就要求有一种抗老化,耐侯性好并有特定的结构和特点的防水材料和高度可靠的密封结构。现在市场上销售的防水材料,都是深埋于地下或嵌入水泥内部的防水材料,不可更换、维修,这就降低了他的可靠性、耐用性和安全性。随着各种水利设施的出现和对防水要求的不断提高,急需一种高可靠性、耐用性和安全性及可维修、可更换的止水组件。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,不仅能适应渡槽主体的较大变形,而且便于维修和更换,止水效果好,大大提高了止水结构可靠性、耐用性和安全性。
[0004] 本实用新型的主要技术方案是:一种可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,包括其中部纵向设有U型结构的橡胶止水带主体,其特征在于在橡胶止水带主体的U型结构的两侧各设有一排地脚螺栓密封紧固机构。
[0005] 所述的地脚螺栓密封紧固机构的结构为:设有上压板和下垫板,地脚螺栓通过橡胶止水带主体的孔将上压板和下垫板固紧。

[0007] 所述的上压板和橡胶止水带主体之间和/或下垫板和橡胶止水带主体之间设有闭孔发泡板较好。

具体实施方式
[0017] 参见图I〜图2,该可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,包括其中部纵向设有U型结构的橡胶止水带主体1,在橡胶止水带主体I的U型结构的两侧各设有一排地脚螺栓密封紧固机构。地脚螺栓也可以与钢筋混凝土内部的钢筋焊接。所述的地脚螺栓密封紧固机构的结构为:地脚螺栓4通过橡胶止水带主体I的孔将上压板3和下垫板2固紧。所述的上压板3和下垫板2均设有对应的凸凹压紧结构。所述的上压板3和橡胶止水带主体I之间和/或下垫板2和橡胶止水带主体I之间设有闭孔发泡板5。
[0018] 所述的闭孔发泡板5为闭孔发泡橡胶、闭孔发泡聚氨酯、由丁基橡胶、聚丁烯和添加剂制成的未硫化的丁基腻子胶。所述的橡胶止水带主体I的两边设有防止带变形和位置变化的燕尾结构。橡胶止水带主体I可为各种结构,如其上可带或不带止水凸台等。所述的地脚螺栓上部用丙乳砂浆8密封,变形缝用闭孔泡沫板6和建筑聚硫胶7密封。所述的闭孔泡沫板6为聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板、发泡橡胶、发泡聚氨酯或聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
[0019] 施工时,首先预埋地脚螺栓,用地脚螺栓定位后将下垫板部分浇注于混凝土内,待混凝土凝固后,再依次放入闭孔发泡板、橡胶止水带、闭孔发泡板、上压板最后用螺母压紧。地脚螺栓也可用其他螺栓替代。
[0020] 更换橡胶止水带时,首先除去丙乳砂浆和建筑聚硫胶、闭孔泡沫板,然后拧下螺母,拆下上压板,就可以取出闭孔发泡板和橡胶止水带,不要动下垫板,然后重新安装孔发泡板和橡胶止水带,再放好上压板,柠紧螺母,施工丙乳砂浆,最后用闭孔泡沫板、建筑聚硫胶密封。
[0021] 经试用,效果很好。各项技术指标可达到国家标准GB18173. 2-2000规定要求。、

1. 一种可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,包括其中部纵向设有U型结构的橡胶止水带主体(1),其特征在于在橡胶止水带主体(I)的U型结构的两侧各设有一排地脚螺栓密封紧固机构。
2.根据权利要求I所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的地脚螺栓密封紧固机构的结构为:设有上压板(3)和下垫板(2),地脚螺栓(4)通过橡胶止水带主体(I)的孔将上压板(3)和下垫板(2)固紧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的上压板(3)和下垫板(2)均设有对应的凸凹压紧结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的上压板(3)和橡胶止水带主体(I)之间和/或下垫板(2)和橡胶止水带主体(I)之间设有闭孔发泡板 (5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的闭孔发泡板(5)为闭孔发泡橡胶或闭孔发泡聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求I所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的橡胶止水带主体(I)的两边设有防止带变形和位置变化的燕尾结构。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5或6所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的地脚螺栓上部用丙乳砂浆(8)密封,变形缝用闭孔泡沫板(6)和建筑聚硫胶(7)密封。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可更换渡槽变形缝止水结构,其特征在于所述的闭孔泡沫板(6)为聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板、发泡橡胶、发泡聚氨酯或聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
