本实用新型在于解决上述问题,提供一种有效利用风能的新型汽车风力涡轮发电机。具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种新型汽车风力涡轮发电机,包括空气传感器、NEC单片机、控制ECU、空气开关阀、涡轮机、稀土永磁发电机、整流控制系统,其特征在于:所述空气传感器与NEC单片机相连;所述NEC单片机与控制ECU相连;所述控制ECU与空气开关阀相连;所述涡轮机与稀土永磁发电机相连,安装在汽车进气风力通道中;所述永磁发电机与整流控制系统连接。
本实用新型在于汽车高速行驶时,高速流动的空气驱动涡轮旋转将风能转化为涡轮机的机械能进而带动同轴的、结构简单、故障率低、铜材消耗少、发电效率高的稀土永磁发电机的转子旋转,电枢绕组切割磁力线,产生电动势,给汽车用电设备提供电源或给蓄电池充电。
本实用新型优点在于:
1、利用汽车高速行驶时,高速流动的空气驱动涡轮旋转将风能转化为涡轮机的机械能进而进行发电,有效利用了风能;
2.永磁发电机工作,发出的电能经过整流控制系统后由储能系统存储起来,协助汽车上的交流发电机,在需要时给负载供电。这有效提高了汽车的能量利用率;
3.发电机的转子部分用永磁体代替了电励磁绕组,转子绕组无励磁电流,就没有励磁的铜耗,因此这种发电机效率高。利用高磁性的钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,使用较小体积就能够提供足够大的扭矩和发电量。
