本实用新型公开了一种槽型混合机，包括两个支座，以及连接在两个支座间的混料槽，所述混料槽中设有搅拌桨，在其中一个支座侧壁上设有电控箱，电控箱中设有电机和减速机，电机和减速机间通过电机皮带轮、减速机皮带轮和皮带传动连接，减速机通过穿过相邻支座的传动轴与混料槽中的搅拌桨传动连接。本实用新型通过电动机和减速机控制传动，使螺旋形搅拌浆旋转，推动物料往复翻动，均匀混合，操作时采用电气控制，可避免手动控制的混合不均匀，在支座间设有连接梁，使得支座更稳当。

本实用新型涉及一种医药器械，尤其涉及一种新型槽型混合机。
背景技术
槽型混合机用以混合粉状或糊状的物料，使不同质物料混合均匀。是卧式槽形单桨混合，搅抖桨为通轴式，便于清洗。与物体接触处全采用不锈钢制成，有良好的耐腐蚀性，混合槽可自动翻转倒料。现有的大多数槽型混合机的混料槽中的搅拌轴上连接的是搅拌叶片，而且搅拌轴的带动速度比较快，不利于混料槽中物料的均匀混合。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种物料混合均匀、效果好的槽型混合机。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种槽型混合机，包括两个支座，以及连接在两个支座间的混料槽，所述混料槽中设有搅拌桨，在其中一个支座侧壁上设有电控箱，电控箱中设有电机和减速机，电机和减速机间通过电机皮带轮、减速机皮带轮和皮带传动连接，减速机通过穿过相邻支座的传动轴与混料槽中的搅拌桨传动连接。
进一步地，所述搅拌桨为螺旋形结构。
进一步地，所述两个支座间设有连接梁。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型通过电动机和减速机控制传动，使螺旋形搅拌浆旋转，推动物料往复翻动，均匀混合，操作时采用电气控制，可避免手动控制的混合不均匀，在支座间设有连接梁，使得支座更稳当。

下面将结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参见图1，一种槽型混合机，包括两个支座1，以及连接在两个支座1间的混料槽2，所述混料槽2中设有螺旋形结构的搅拌桨3，在其中一个支座1侧壁上设有电控箱4，电控箱4中设有电机5和减速机9，电机5和减速机9间通过电机皮带轮6、减速机皮带轮8和皮带7传动连接，减速机9通过穿过相邻支座1的传动轴与混料槽2中的搅拌桨3传动连接，作为优选，本实施例的两个支座1间设有连接梁10。
本机全部采用不锈钢制作，外观精致，符合GMP要求，在搅拌桨3与减速机9连接处设有密封装置，能防止物料外泄，搅拌将3的转速以24r/min将物料均匀搅拌，倒料时使槽体倾斜90度即可。
本实用新型的电机5启动与关闭还可以通过设置一个定时器装置实现，通过对定时器设定时间，实现定时控制，达到较好的效果，从而提高每批物料的混合质量。

1. 一种槽型混合机，包括两个支座（1），以及连接在两个支座（1）间的混料槽（2），其特征在于：所述混料槽（2）中设有搅拌桨（3），在其中一个支座（1）侧壁上设有电控箱（4），电控箱（4）中设有电机（5）和减速机（9），电机（5）和减速机（9）间通过电机皮带轮（6）、减速机皮带轮（8）和皮带（7）传动连接，减速机（9）通过穿过相邻支座（1）的传动轴与混料槽（2）中的搅拌桨（3）传动连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种槽型混合机，其特征在于：所述搅拌桨（3）为螺旋形结构。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种槽型混合机，其特征在于：所述两个支座（1）间设有连接梁（10）。
