Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种空调冷风扇,特别涉及一种水、风冷式个体移动空调。该移动空调包括制冷剂和压缩机,压缩机排气口后的制冷剂管路上依次串联连通有冷凝器、节流装置和蒸发器;在移动空调的底部设有一个水桶,所述冷凝器设置在该水桶上方;该移动空调的冷凝器采用喷淋水冷和风冷两种方式同时降温,利用风机抽风,空气经过蒸发器送出冷风。本实用新型能够实现对局部空间的降温,耗电量小,并且为一体机,不需要放置室外机,可以任意移动位置,使用起来很方便,够人性化。并且冷凝器采用水冷加风冷两种方式冷却,达到对冷凝器散热的目的。

[0002] 现有的家用空调采用闭式循环,此种空调工 作时房间一般是密闭的,会容易使人患上空调病。为保护人们健康,国家制订了空气质量标准(GB/T18883-2002),明确规定室内人均新风量不能低于每小时30立方米。通常人们采用开窗进行通风换气,但是这样又会造成能源的浪费。现代空调系统都必须供应足够的新风,而为新风制冷制热所消耗的能量可达到空调总能耗的30-40%,很多场所用得起空调用不起新风系统,而广大家庭用的独立空调还没有能提供足量新风的产品问世。这一关系人们健康的难题不是传统空调器所能解决的,更是传统蒸发式水冷空调扇无能为力的。
[0003] 另一方面,现有的家用空调是对整个房间进行降温,导致室内房间温度不均匀。而实际上,只需要对用户所在的局部区域进行降温就足够了。为了减少不必要的能源浪费,本实用新型采用输入功率为100w-700w的压缩机,耗电量较小。
[0004] 现有的家用空调普遍为分体机,即含有室外机和室内机,空调一般为固体安装,不能移动。目前国内也开始出现一些一体机,使用起来不太方便,基本是采用风冷,其产生的热量必须通过一管道向窗户外排热,作为移动空调来说使用起来很不方便,不够人性化。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种水、风冷式个体移动空调,此移动空调的冷凝器采用水冷、风冷方式,达到对冷凝器散热的目的。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,一种水、风冷式个体移动空调,包括具有冷风出口和热风出口的壳体、位于所述的壳体内的压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、节流装置、具有冷风室的冷风机、 具有热风室的热风机、用于收集在蒸发器上形成的冷凝水的集水盘,所述的蒸发器位于所述的冷风室与所述的冷风机之间,所述的冷凝器位于所述的热风室与所述的热风机之间; 所述的压缩机的制冷剂管路上依次串联连通冷凝器、节流装置和蒸发器;其特征在于:在所述壳体的底部设有一个水桶,所述压缩机设置在该水桶旁边;在水桶的底部设置有一水泵,该水泵通过一出水管与设置在所述冷凝器上方的喷淋盒相连通,在所述喷淋盒的正下方设置有多个喷水孔,在所述冷凝器的下方设有一接水盘,所述接水盘和集水盘的水均通过水管流入到所述水桶内;工作时,所述水泵将水桶内的水送到喷淋盒,喷淋盒的水喷淋到冷凝器上,再经过接水盘与蒸发器下方的集水盘中的冷凝水一起流入水桶。

[0013] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:1、所述水、风冷式个体移动空调无需室外机,为一体机,为避免冷凝器侧散热量过大,利用水泵将水箱中的水注入喷淋盒喷向冷凝器再利用风冷进行散热,通过冷却水吸收了一部分冷凝热负荷,避免了将冷凝器侧散热直接排入室内环境中。2、所述水、风冷式个体移动空调冷凝器出风口采用上排风方式,因热空气容易向上蒸发,因此不会影响到后面及周围人员,且可以在出风口上加个弯头,打开窗户将风口对准窗外便于排风散热。3.所述水、风冷式个体移动空调能够实现对局部空间的降温, 耗电量小,并且为一体机,不需要放置室外机,可以移动使用,使用起来很方便,够人性化。

[0019] 本实用新型的制冷系统包括制冷剂和压缩机01,压缩机高压排气口的进气管11 在制冷剂管路上依次串联连通设有冷凝器07、节流装置15和蒸发器14然后利用冷风机17 将冷风送给用户,达到本实用新型的目的。
[0020] 其中冷却系统为:水桶05的水,利用水泵03将水送到喷淋盒08,喷淋盒的水喷淋到冷凝器07上,再经过接水盘06与蒸发器14的冷凝水一起流入水桶05,从而形成循环降温的目的,然而我们设计的冷却系统还包括利用离心风扇对冷凝器的热量进行置换,进行风冷。达到对压缩机产生的热量进行双重降温,体现本实用新型的优越性。

[0023] 本实用新型的收益在于:本实用新型的个体移动空调不对整个房间进行降温,只对用户所在的局部区域进行降温,其耗电量小,克服了现有家用空调对整个房间进行降温从而造成能源浪费的缺点;其次,本实用新型的个体移动空调在工作时可以将房间门窗打开,因此用户不会得空调病;再者,本实例的个体移动空调采用间接水、风冷方式,即冷凝器热负荷一部分被水吸收,减小了对环境的散热量。此冷却方式通过冷却水吸收了一部分冷凝热负荷,避免了将冷凝器侧散热直接排入室内环境中,因此本实例的个体移动空调无需室外机或排风管道。

Claims (7)
1. 一种水、风冷式个体移动空调,包括具有冷风出口和热风出口的壳体、位于所述的壳体内的压缩机(01)、蒸发器(14)、冷凝器(07)、节流装置(15)、具有冷风室的冷风机(17)、具有热风室的热风机(09)、用于收集在蒸发器(14)上形成的冷凝水的集水盘(13),所述的蒸发器(14)位于所述的冷风室与所述的冷风机(17)之间,所述的冷凝器(07)位于所述的热风室与所述的热风机(09)之间;所述的压缩机(01)的制冷剂管路上依次串联连通冷凝器(07)、节流装置(15)和蒸发器(14);其特征在于:在所述壳体的底部设有一个水桶(05),所述压缩机(01)设置在该水桶(05)旁边;在水桶(05)的底部外边侧设置有一水泵并与水桶相连接(03),该水泵(03)的出水口通过一进水管(04)与设置在所述冷凝器(07)上方的喷淋盒(08)相连通,在所述喷淋盒(08)的正下方设置有多个喷水孔,在所述冷凝器(07)的下方设有一接水盘(06),所述接水盘(06)和集水盘(13)的水均通过水管流入到所述水桶(05)内;工作时,所述水泵(03)将水桶(05)内的水送到喷淋盒(08),喷淋盒(08)的水喷淋到冷凝器(07)上,再经过接水盘(06)与蒸发器(14)下方的集水盘(13)中的冷凝水一起流入水桶(05)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:所述制冷剂为R_134a或 R-600a。
3.根据权利要求I所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:所述的水桶(05)可进行高低水位检测及加水放水功能。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:所述水桶(05)旁设置有一便于加水观测的水位标示尺(21),水箱内部设有两个分别用于提示水位过低或过高的水位探头,且在水桶(05)上方设有一注水口(20),下方设有一个放水孔(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:所述的水位标示尺(21)为半透明。
6.根据权利要求I所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:在所述壳体的底端设有移动轮(02)。
7.根据权利要求I所述的水、风冷式个体移动空调,其特征在于:冷凝器出风口采用上出风方式。
