Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种高炉煤气干法除尘装置,包括通过管道连接的干法粗除尘设施、干法精除尘设施和减压阀组,关键在于:所述减压阀组之前和/后之后连接有碱性反应器。本实用新型脱除煤气中的氯、硫、氨等对管道和设备有腐蚀性的有害物质,不喷水、不降温,既保持了高炉煤气原有热值品质,又从根本上解决干法除尘后管道、设备的腐蚀、积盐问题,后续用户管道及设备无需再采取防腐措施,达到节能、环保的目的,出口净煤气含尘量≤5mg/Nm3,煤气冷凝水中氯离子含量<300mg/L、pH=6~8。

一种高炉煤气干法除尘装置
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种高炉煤气除尘装置。
技术背景
[0002] 高炉生产时喷吹的煤粉中的硫元素经高温化学反应产生H2S、SO2, SO3等;采用进口原料矿,其选矿工艺采用海水或在海运的过程中喷洒海水,海水中大量硫酸根和氯根离子进入到炼铁原料中来;烧结矿采用含氯助剂(CaCl2等)来提高强度。因此高炉冶炼时产生的高炉煤气中含有氯、硫等腐蚀性介质,煤气冷凝水中必然会含大量Cl -、S2—、S032'S042—等腐蚀性离子,形成腐蚀性强酸溶液。响应国家节能环保的政策要求,国内高炉大量采用干法除尘技术,该项技术已经相对成熟并产生了较好的节能效益,但在实际生产中,因不能有效去除氯、硫等腐蚀性介质导致煤气管道及附属设备快速腐蚀失效的新问题已经成 为阻碍干法除尘技术使用的突出矛盾。目前业界较多采用的方法及特点是:
[0003] I、对干法除尘之后的净煤气进行水洗并设置脱水装置,部分干法除尘的节水作用被抵消,需处理冲洗煤气之后形成的大量酸性水。
[0004] 2、在煤气中喷入碱液以降低冷凝水酸性,同样存在耗水的问题,且碱的腐蚀又带来了新问题。
[0005] 3、降低炼铁源燃料、矿石的氯、硫含量,从源头减少煤气氯、硫含量。受矿石、能源供应条件的限制,此法难以实现。
[0006] 4、管道内防腐、管道及设备材质升级如改为耐蚀合金,成本高、制作工艺要求严格。
[0007] 综上所述,上述方法均不能很好地解决高炉干法除尘带来的氯离子酸性腐蚀问题。
实用新型内容
[0008] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以去除煤气中的酸性腐蚀性物质的高炉煤气干法除尘装置。
[0009] 本实用新型可通过这样的技术方案实现的:一种高炉煤气干法除尘装置,包括通过管道连接的干法粗除尘设施、干法精除尘设施和减压阀组,其特征在于:所述减压阀组之前和/之后连接有碱性反应器。
[0010] 所述干法粗除尘设施为重力除尘器、旋风除尘器或陶瓷高温除尘器。
[0011] 所述干法精除尘设施为布袋除尘器、电除尘器、金属除尘器或朔烧板除尘器。
[0012] 所述减压阀组上并联有发电装置。
[0013] 由于碱性反应器含有多孔载体的脱氯、硫、氨的复合型活性组分吸附剂,能脱除煤气中的氯、硫、氨等对管道和设备有腐蚀性的有害物质,不喷水、不降温,既保持了高炉煤气原有热值品质,又从根本上解决干法除尘后管道、设备的腐蚀、积盐问题,后续用户管道及设备无需再采取防腐措施,达到节能、环保的目的。[0014] 除具有传统干法除尘的优点外,本实用新型还有如下有益效果:
[0015] I)采用吸附剂彻底脱除煤气中的氯、硫、氨等对管道和设备有腐蚀性的有害物质,碱性反应器之后的煤气冷凝水PH值控制在6〜8内、氯离子含量< 300mg/L。从根本上解决干法除尘后管道、设备的腐蚀、积盐问题,后续用户管道及设备无需再采取防腐措施。
[0016] 2)不喷水、不降温,既保持了煤气原有热值品质,又避免了废水、废酸的二次处理或排放污染,达到了节能环保的目的。

[0022] I)从高炉I炉顶来的含尘煤气依次经过干法粗除尘设施2和干法精除尘设施3后煤气含尘量< 5mg/Nm3,进入碱性反应器4内脱除煤气中的氯、硫、氨等对管道和设备有腐蚀性的有害物质,经碱性反应器4之后的煤气冷凝水PH取值范围6〜8、氯离子含量< 300mg/L。所述碱性反应器采用气体脱氯、硫、氨的复合型活性组分吸附剂,该吸附剂由20%以下的碱性活性组分及催化剂附在多孔载体上形成,具有脱除煤气中的氯、硫、氨的作用。
[0023] 2)脱除氯、硫、氨等有害物质的净煤气,进入发电装置6,由于前两级除尘设施及碱性反应器4中基本没有温降且压降很低,发电装置的发电量大幅度增加,且避免了发电设备积盐、腐蚀问题,降低发电设备故障率及维修成本;
[0024] 3)如果发电装置出现故障或者高炉煤气不满足发电装置的入口要求,净煤气直接经减压阀组8并入低压净煤气管网9。

1. 一种高炉煤气干法除尘装置,包括通过管道连接的干法粗除尘设施、干法精除尘设施和减压阀组,其特征在于:所述减压阀组之前和/或之后连接有碱性反应器。
2.如权利要求I所述的高炉煤气干法除尘装置,其特征在于:所述干法粗除尘设施为重力除尘器、旋风除尘器或陶瓷高温除尘器。
3.如权利要求I和2所述的高炉煤气干法除尘装置,其特征在于:所述干法精除尘设施为布袋除尘器、电除尘器、金属除尘器或朔烧板除尘器。
4.如权利要求I所述的高炉煤气干法除尘装置,其特征在于:所述减压阀组上并联有发电装置。
